This Starbucks honestly used to be my least favorite one to visit due to long waits and disappointing drinks. Just recently my... opinion on this location has changed for the better. Everybody is extremely fast and helpful and my drinks are better than everconsistently. Definitely a Starbucks worth visiting! I?ve always had a decent experience at this location. But today Christian went above and beyond. I walked in to pick up my... mobile order, he asked my name and found my ticket to make mine first since no one else for a mobile order had arrived yet.Since the tickets don?t print the numbers fully for pumps, he asked me how many pumps of vanilla I wanted (last week I put 3 andended up getting 8 pumps, so I was thankful he clarified), but the icing on the cake was when he told me he only had sugar freevanilla and asked if that was okay. I?m allergic to artificial sweeteners in most sugar free products, and would?ve felt awfullater had he not asked. I was able to switch to a different flavor because he took the time to ask. This store has awesome employees and the drinks are perfection! The store is clean and looks good. The ONLY bad thing about... this store is the parking, sometimes the drive-thru line is out to the street and you cannot get into the parking lot to park togo into the store. There are other stores in that strip making finding a place to park is a big problem. Read more
I just ordered an ice flat white at drive through,I said ?less sugar please? she didn?t repeat my order, neither asked the size,... I looked at screen it just show ? ice flat white ? and the price so I confirmed ?less sugar ? again, she said? lots lots ofsugar?? I said ? less sugar please. ? that was the third time I say it. When I drove to the window I gave the credit card , thenshe swiped then handed me a cup, left me ?have a good day! ? I even said? you too ? ? then I left and took a sip , there is NOSUGAR, also no receipt for me either! I had to work right away, I did not want to drive back and I felt she was so RUDE! she isAsian, and me too, I don?t know if this is her issue? This location needs training on how to make a Frappuccino right and how to heat up a sandwich. They seem too wrapped up on... talking about their personal lives than making a drink properly. I understand people make mistakes but I cannot count the numberof times we've been handed a drink with chocolate dripping down the sides, and it's typically never mixed right. By the time wemake it through the line, it is half melted and tastes like chocolate water. Not to mention this dry burnt crossaint. We aredaily starbucks visitors but we will not be visiting this location anymore. Read more
