The food is as you would expect from any tbell no complaints there. But every time I've been there they have a employee outside... taking orders. I guess there intercoms are messed up somehow. I feel bad for the employee that has to stand there in all blackfor hours out of the day. Corporate should really get that fixed. It would probably improve drive through time as well. That'sall. After an absence of a couple of years, I finally took a chance on receiving a correct order at a Taco Bell drive thru. Imagine... my surprise when I got home and found 2 of the 10 items ordered and paid for were missing!? Most fast food restaurants aresorely lacking in quality of service in recent days. Customer service was nice and the guy was polite but... in my group of 4, three of our orders were wrong. No, we didn't check... our receipts or our food before we left. I mainly didn't because I thought it would be right since he read the order back tome... I checked my receipt and it was certainly wrong when we were back at work and saw the wrong food in the bags, :(. The onlyreason for 3 stars is due to how nice and polite the guy was. Read more
Outstanding customer service it was late at night almost 4:00 in the morning and I didn't realize that on the price of certain... meals that was ordering and to make it even better they gave me the food and re-cooked other food to make up my order and gaveme the other two tacos that I couldn't afford absolutely awesome experience I've ever had especially this late at night. Does this place purposely understaff or do they just not treat or pay their employees well? Tonight the drive through was... wrapped twice around the building. I sat there for 15 minutes and not 1 car moved. I could see two employees in the building,RUNNING to keep up with orders. How are they possibly able to follow food safety guidelines in these conditions? I left. Notbecause of the wait. I would have waited a bit longer but I was honestly afraid to eat there! It would be impossible for them tonot be cutting corners. No one should be expected to work under these conditions. I feel bad for your hardworking employee's. Iam sure they also had to deal with angry, rude customers. I hope the health department checks in on this. Someone is going toget sick. Read more

I ordered on Doordash, $32 for 8 pack of burritos, tacos and other stuff. This food arrived cold and not $32 worth of food... honestly. Makes matters worse Doordarsh only gave me back $9 !!!! Read more
