I ordered online and paid for the food. Was given pickup time in my email. Food was given to me 20 minutes past pickup time. I... saw people who came in after me, order and get their food before I got mine. I've been here many times. Food is good. If you eatin you get your food faster. Everytime I order pickup your placed on the back burner and food comes out later than pickup time.Granted it's a Friday but it wasn't busy like it normally is. Read more

This was my first time at this location. I have been to another Tijuana Flats location and didn't have a good experience. The... staff was super nice and were always smiling. They constantly came by our table to see if their was anything we needed. Iordered Flautas (steak) and Nachos (Chicken) they were so good. I definitely recommend this location! My friend and I went here for lunch today. One of my favorite places locally. I had a gift card for lunch but for some reason it... wasn't going through. The manager, Joshua, was so very kind and honored my gift card anyway. I was surprised at his generosityand kindness. I used cash to pay for a take out meal and tipped the staff. Stopped in here to eat lunch on my birthday celebration trip. It's a fast food place because you go to the counter and order... and then you pick a seat. Nothing fancy but the food was excellent, much better than fast food. For those spicy lover foodiesthey have a hot bar with various hot sauces. I found the atmosphere charming. Excellent service, food and environment! As I walked up the door was held open for me by a server doing curbside pickup, and I... was welcomed by 2 people before I ordered. A nice lady took me to order and had I great a conversation while ordering. Thefood was great. Steak chimichanga! The steak, queso, and hot sauce options are delicious! I was asked 3 times if my food wasgood and if I needed more Tea. The environment was great with good music that wasn?t too loud and college football on the TV!
