I went to Wingstop for the first time today. This location was super busy. They only had 2 young ladies on staff and to say they... we?re getting rocked would be an understatement. As I patiently waited for my order, I watched order after order coke in on theonline portal as well as people coming in to eat. These associates didn?t bat an eye. They still provided great customer serviceas well as not getting overwhelmed. This was very refreshing to see in this day and age. I would highly recommend this locationand give these girls a raise! Terrible service and mindless employees. Employees don?t even speak to you just look at you when you walk through the door.... Didn?t say thank you or anything. Dirty in here. Came in an odd hour and service was still terrible. Restaurant is full of dinein people but they keep making the delivery meals first. So the people are waiting while the pick up people are getting prioritywhen they aren?t even there. Who wants soggy wet food in a paper bag sitting there for 10 minutes. I had the boneless chicken bites combo meal. All was good with the chicken, it just needed more sauce. As for the fries though,... well they were a bit soggy. Overall however I would still eat here again. Read more
We ordered our food through the app, said it would take 28 - 30 minutes for our food to be done, once we got there we waited an... HOUR for our order to be completed. There were people just coming in and getting there food before us even though we had orderedours ahead of time. Finally got our food, headed home and the wings were super greasy and fries were warm and soggy. Read more
I placed an online order for a 10 piece of boneless wings and fries for a later time but i was very disappointed with my order. ... First off my fries were very cold when I got them even though I arrived at the exact time I stated on my order. Also not onlywere some of the wings small and not very hot (although not as cold as the fries) but I'm used to other locations giving out thebigger containers where there was additional sauce at the bottom. Half of my wings seemed to have very little sauce on themhowever. First time at this location but not sure if I'll be coming back. Read more
My experience was something in which it brought the best out of the workers. I placed my order online and swing by and waited... for my order to be ready. When my order was ready by accident one of the worker gave my wings away to another customer. Now Iwill like to say it was by accident and I know this things can happen. The team worked hard on getting my order again. The orderwas delicious and the wings had a really good taste to them. I was just mad at the situation and not at the employees. Had towait an extra 15 to 20 minutes for my order and was really hungry also. The staff did make it up by doing an amazing job atcommunicating and getting it out. Will recommend that someone keeps an eye on those order more thoroughly and to ensure thatorder are not being handed out to the wrong people. I won?t like for the staff to be reprimanded for something that can easilyhappen to anyone, especially on a busy place. I will just like this to not happen to anyone. Read more
The food was great! Delivered early. I ordered the 15.99 special best ranch dressing I've ever had and I'm picky. Corn & cheese... fries was great only downfall they don't have rolls anymore. Read more
Ordered deliver on ap. This was the 5th time at this location since they opened. They left off half my order twice. This time... when I called, after a 20 minute wait for a person, I was told by Jeff "oh we are out of tenders". I politely exclaimed, "andyou weren't going to tell me"!!!! He said "oh we didn't have your phone number (which they do have on my order from onlineaccount - i double checked!) and I told the driver to tell you." He said I could come to the store to get a cash refund or afree order but that they would not send me anything else tonight. The 10 Wings and fries we did receive tonight were cold andworthless.
