I am a big, a great fan of subway, i usually used to get my sub of the day on a combo that includes the soda and chips, but they... have removed it from the menu cuz they came up with their own idea of making a new menu. Well i hate the new menu it doesn'tgive you the options they have made the options for you, and they dont offer the combos anymore, my sub of the day combo was8.89 w/tx but now the 6 inch sub its 8.95 +tx and up, does somebody knows if this is going on all the subways? Rude staff. Dirty floors. Rushed when it wasn?t busy. The refused to help us clean off a dirty table. Said they did not have any... towels to clean tables . Grace is nice but prefers to be on her phone in the back. The other girl just makes you feel likeyou?re a nuisance for ordering a sandwich. To top it off the sandwiches were not Subway quality, these girls need retraining..not only on customer service, but on how to make sandwiches. The only reason I put one star is because I could not put negative twelve. This is legit the worst subway experience I have ever... had. They didn?t clean the tables when asked by customers. We even asked for a rag to clean it ourselves and they gave us dirtylooks. The sandwiches were poorly made. The employees were not following proper health procedures! Was good , but they need to add more veggies and not just put them in middle of the sandwich. On my foot long it had three onion... rings ,three bell pepper slivers, two thin slices of tomato. Read more

Stopped in here this morning to grab breakfast and some sandwiches to take hiking. Jilacey (I?m sure I butchered the spelling... I?m so sorry!) was so incredibly sweet and helpful and got us everything we needed, she was even nice enough to make us up somemayo & mustard containers to take with us. When the place first opened I loved it. They were friendly, knew how to help you . Now the workers know nothing of the... sandwiches, won't help with a special if there is one going on leaving you to pay full price. They are very rude and you get thefeeling they don't care if you come back or not. Which I won't. I asked for something separate and I committed an unforgivablecrime. The messed up on my online order. I had on numerous times, when they first opened, purchased the rolls only with noproblem. I had paid $2 apiece, which I gladly paid for. When I wanted to purchase them again they wanted $6. The policy changedbut instead of a polite explanation I got a hateful lecture. So I will not go back.
