Chick-fil-A you broke my heart this morning! I ordered yogurt with granola, no granola was placed in my bag. I also ordered... chick-n-minis with hash browns and i received NO ketchup! So my breakfast was a complete fail! I love Chick-fil-A so I forgiveyou guys. Read more
First I want to say, I've always loved the service and still do. My complaint is cutting corners with the food. I ordered the 4... count chicken mini's for breakfast. The bread wasn't soft and I didn't get much chicken it was very thin and didn't fit or coverhalf the mini. Times are hard and if you want to keep customers give us appropriate potions. Can't say thank you enough to the people working at this location! After going through the drive-thru, we had car trouble and... ended up having to get our car towed. The staff here did everything from helping us push our car to letting us stay until ourfamily could get there to pick us up. Well above and beyond the service they're required to offer. They were so kind andunderstanding, honestly, if a person were to have these problems, I couldn't think of a better place to be. Amazing people atthis location and I hope to return eventually, with no car problems, to support their business. Thank you to everyone whohelped us! The manager was great in helping figuring out how many nuggets to get for a party with children and not knowing how many adults... we're coming. She was patient, courtesy, helpful, and just plain awesome. I love going to Chick-fil-A prices might be steep butthe service and food is great. If I could give 10 stars???? I definitely would. I absolutely LOVE Chick-fil-A. My first time trying it was 2 days ago in Flemming Island. Then last night in Orange Park on... Wells Rd. At both places, drive thru was fast, despite the double lines of cars. Staff was friendly and Wells Rd provided me apaper menu. Every time I've came to the restaurant or ordered from one of the food delivery places - the food was ALWAYS delish. With the... exception of one time when the nuggets were way well to done.
