The WORST customer service I?ve ever had! Did an online order for a pick up, the first person walked right past us with his... earbuds in and didn?t say a word. The next walked up to us with the worst attitude, no hello, no how are you, just said what?sthe name. Looked for our name after slamming a few bags around, practically threw it in my hand and turned around and walkedaway. Managers need to check their associates! Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Read more
I have tried to like this place I used to love it. But I will no longer buy chipotle I?m tired of there one scoop policy and... them being out of steak and guacamole. You can tell me it will take a few minutes and I wouldn?t mind that but it?s no longerworth $50 of my money each time I go. I?d drive to TacoLu or Taco Bell any night compared to these lazy workers I?m glad I?mmoving because I hate going to this location. Bland food. Only a few topping options. The steak was spicy but no flavor. The chips cost extra and we?re stale. Got the bowl... and was a smaller portion than Moes for more money. Prefer Moe?s to them. Read more
The food is good, but they keep making their portions smaller and smaller. Raised the prices which I can understand right now... but I just paid 23 bucks for 2 burritos the size of 1 I used to get. She barely put any meat on it either, and when I saysomething about it they want me to pay extra to get the normal amount of meat. I?ll literally never eat chipotle again idgaf. Read more
This location needs a good cleaning. The food is okay/ good. Other locations are better. Looks like mostly young people working,... they are helpful and some of the employees try to go beyond and friendly. But the bathroom toilet in woman?s bathroom has hadissues for at least a few months now. Then the other day when I visited, a lady came out of the restroom and said the toiletwasn?t working/flushing, I told an employee, she said ?oh that always happens?, ..glad I only needed to wash my hands. Plus I?venoticed the bathroom not very clean, worse each time. Never seen a manager. Too bad. My husband loves the Chipotle bowls, Idon?t like going there anymore. Read more
I was so excited when I found out there was finally a Chipotle in Fleming only to be let down ?? I ordered online (Burrito &... Quesadilla) and there were toppings missing for both. This Chipotle just opened and service was actual good considering they did just open I was in and out in about 14 minutes near... the end of lunch rush (12:50pm) food was great as it always is at Chipotle. This restaurant has some close competition near atas there is a Moe's and a Taco Bell very close but having more option just improves this area. Fleming Island is a great areafor lunch. Read more
*Update* Definitely came back and will say I will not be back. Only good thing about this visit was the young lady at the... register. I literally counted 6 pieces of steak in my bowl. The girl seemed annoyed by me not knowing what I wanted and couldn'tanswer my questions. Oh other positive was the young lady who let me sample the garlic steak. Tables weren't clean either. Meatwas cold and way to chewy. My first time eating Chipotle and I must say I enjoyed it. Food was full of flavor, customer servicetop notch, cleanliness up to par and they helped make it effortless.
