This used to be the absolute best Dunkin'. I always had the best coffee. The last few times I have been it has been so bad. I... order the same coffee, medium hot caramel coffee with splenda and cream. I have had to throw it away the last 3 times I havegone. They are literally a rocks throw from my house but I will not go back. I will drive to the one on Well's Rd for now on. They seem to have younger kids working that don't seem to care. Read more
Will not go there again. Servers need to be taught how to handle food and greet their customers with a smile instead of dirty... hands. Unfriendly atmosphere. Very sad that young people are not trained in proper hygiene and good manners. Read more
It's a small thing but annoying. I didn't recognize the drink the first person brought to the window, and I was right. She took... it back and another person brought another drink that looked like it was the drink I usually get. As I drove away I realized itwas still not what I ordered. But with my schedule and the length of time I had waited for them to get it right I opted not togo back through the drive through again. Read more
The most horrible service ever at the Fleming Island location. Ordered a hot decaf coffee with cream to go at 2:51pm... (drive-thru). Waitress served cold coffee. Drive-thru service is at its worse. Don?t waste your money or time here. Read more
This Dunkin? keeps getting worse every time I go here. I ordered a small caramel iced latte with almond milk. That?s the only... drink my body allows. I order that exact drink and get to the window and the girl hands me the wrong drink. I asked her if thisis a small iced caramel latte, she stood there looking at me as if I didn?t know what I was talking about. She said yes. Whatthey really gave me was a small iced original salted caramel signature latte. How do you get those 2 mixed up? Clearly theydon?t listen to what you say when you order at the speaker. The photos below is the difference between the drinks I ordered vswhat I received. I?ve never ever been to any other Dunkin? and get the wrong drink made. And to know that people at fast foodrestaurants want to get paid $15 an hour or more to mess up an order like this and then when they get questioned, they don?tknow how to fix the problem. As with every fast food establishment or Eatery you have a few negative experiences which often times can overshadow all of your... positive experiences. But at this location I can say that I've had many more positive experiences than negative experiences.Some of the staff can have bad attitudes at times, but overall most of the staff is very friendly and will greet you with asmile. I had a bad experience at a nother location and the manager at this location made it right. The other location wasprivately owned in this location would have received nothing in return for remaking my order and giving it to me at no charge. Ireally appreciate it that kind gesture. Once my mother's coffee was made with sugar and she's diabetic and cannot have anysugar. I took it back to this location and they remade it and apologized very sincerely. So this location has its ups and downsbut the one constant is they always try very hard to make it right. The food at this location is better than the other locationin the area. And they make a very very good latte or macchiato. Five stars from me. nobody's perfect, but they try really hardto meet customers needs. Also this location is always clean and as you can see from my photos that usually draw a crowd becauseof the great food, coffees and service. Read more
i literally got asked if i wanted decaf coffee and i said no and still got decaf. tried to call to receive a refund because i?m... not paying $3 for a coffee that?s not gonna wake me up. of course the call didn?t go through. i just want a refund for me coffeeand i know next time never to get coffee from here.
