Lobby shut down, no signs, still offering walk in online but you have to sit through the drive through to get it. The whole... point of ordering online is to skip the line, especially during the morning commute. Place needs to hire enough staff toactually operate. An extra star because the staff is always friendly. However, I mostly get frozen drinks from Dunkin and this location NEVER gets... it right. Usually, there is so much ice I can't even drink it. And yes, when I ask them to fix it, they do - but it'saggravating because why can't they just blend it correctly the first time? I should not have to turn my car around and go back,go inside, and have them fix it every time I order. It's just a blended coffee, nothing special. They need some sort of qualitycontrol at this location. I frequent this location due to where it is and this has happened on multiple, multiple occasions, butat this point, a review is necessary.
