An extra star because the staff is always friendly. However, I mostly get frozen drinks from Dunkin and this location NEVER gets... it right. Usually, there is so much ice I can't even drink it. And yes, when I ask them to fix it, they do - but it'saggravating because why can't they just blend it correctly the first time? I should not have to turn my car around and go back,go inside, and have them fix it every time I order. It's just a blended coffee, nothing special. They need some sort of qualitycontrol at this location. I frequent this location due to where it is and this has happened on multiple, multiple occasions, butat this point, a review is necessary. Coffee is great, service is great, donuts are great. Don't get the hash rounds though, slightly burned and soggy with grease,... tasted old. But this is a great place for everything else. Read more
I?ve been to this Dunkin many many times, as I have worked next door since it?s been open. This morning Devonte was at the... window, humming and happy and all smiles. Just a light in this world at 8:00am with a busy long line of customers behind me. The epitome of great customer service. Dunkin should be proud to employ someone like Devonte?! I stopped by Dunkin for breakfast this morning and ordered SAUSAGE, EGG & CHEESE, but the bread was cold and the all contents... were cold too. I asked, reheat it up pleas, then one of the employees said we will make another one, I wait for a long time, Inever got my order back, so I ask to refund the money.
