????????? I'm going to leave this review because I'm simply frustrated. I love Five Star pizza, especially for the sauce, but, 2... out of 3 times, I have to get my pizza remade because they get it wrong. A pepperoni with no cheese. That's it, just bread,sauce, & pepperoni. Yesterday my pizza was wrong, I called & the manager told me that she was confused by my order because itwas a "unique" order. She said that me "ordering a pizza with NO cheese confused the line which made them put EXTRA cheese"...So while everyone else is eating the other pizza we ordered, I have to wait 40 minutes for them to remake my pizza & then find adriver to get it to me.. I don't get to eat at the same time as everyone else. I ended up just making a frozen dinner. It ain'teven worth the headache at this point. We use them for our birthday parties, ordering their extra large pizzas, family events,whenever we have slumber parties; & instead of at least offering to make me a remake immediately so I can come get it, it was an"oh well" approach. I understand that me saying "I'm not going to patronize this place" probably will make people shrug theirshoulders, but forget that, both Papa John's & Domino's are right down the street. Read more
Great greasy pizza. Piezilla is the way to go if your feeding a family of hearty pizza eaters. And the pizza rolls are amazing.

They apparently don’t know what double pepperoni looks like. I love you guys but what’s going on over there? It’s like... quality has completely taken a side bar. I have always been a five star customer and will continue to be. I’m just saying acustomer should get what they pay for. No one likes feeling like they were ripped off in this economy. I wanted a white sauce based on my pizza so the man on the phone told me it was the garlic sauce once I got the pizza it tasted... like no sauce and we did not like it. I called and asked them to remake the pizza and just put the regular sauce on it and saidthat we would give them this pizza back and they refused. They said they could not remake the pizza any other way thanoriginally ordered as a remake. I also purchased wings and a 2 L soda so it’s not like I was just trying to get a free pizza Ijust wanted a pizza my family and I would enjoy but apparently the manager said there’s nothing they can do to satisfy me as acustomer because I did not like the sauce that I ordered… While manager named Jacob did not fix the situation nor attempt toappease me. The manager I spoke with the next day named Kai was polite apologetic and fixed the issue with no hesitation.Managers like him keep customers happy and want to return! Read more
Best pizza in Jax for sure. I always order here when I have friends who haven't tried it come over. I've never been disappointed... other than when the power goes out and they can't make the delicious pie that I crave from the depths of my soul. If I go toheaven and there isn't a five-star there I will order delivery. Read more
First time trying this pizza joint. I was only slightly disappointed. The pizza itself was undercooked and honestly it had too... much cheese (if there’s such a thing) and maybe I ordered the wrong pizza to try for our first time. It could have used alittle more sauce and less cheese. The cheese sticks and the garlic knots had better flavor. I’d still try this place again. Read more
This location was a takeout and delivery only location; this accounts for the 3 star rating for "atmosphere". Service was... prompt, friendly and efficient. We were a walk-in order and it was ready in 15 minutes. Nice sauce, great dough/crust, cookedjust right! You can watch your pizza being made as the kitchen is "open concept" and very clean.
