We went in and the waitress immediately said ?Oh, no? (loudly) when she saw that we had kids. And then she was pretty short and... rude with us and would change her attitude once she left our table. Then we got our food. The kids got corn dog nuggets andfries and we split an appetizer. The corn dogs (pictured) were so overdone that the kids couldn?t even bite into them. And ittook a lot of pressure to break them open. When we asked for them to remake them, the waitress came back she said that?s howthey?re supposed to be, but we ate there just a week prior and it wasn?t like that. And the rest of our food was just not thebest. Service wasn?t great. She did try and make an effort to refund the ticket, but paying $23+$7 tip for an appetizer, softdrinks, one kids meal and bad service just didn?t feel leave us feeling great. Read more

My family and I dined at this location this evening. When our food came out two of the four items were wrong. When I told the... waitress she blamed the kitchen staff and walked away. We barely saw her after that. Before leaving I asked to speak to themanager, explained what the issue was and she proceeded to excuse the situation by telling me her waitress was new. Thewaitress then proceeded to never come back out leaving her coworkers delivering food to her tables. Prices continue to rise,service is poor and excuses are exactly that, excuses. Provide service to those willing to still spend money to dine out andtrain your staff. We won?t return to this location but will take our business to one of the other many restaurants in this areathat provide good service and care about the food they put out. There are quite a few recent reviews that are horrible but it?sclear nothing changes. Maybe a regional manager should pay this location a visit and get some things straightened out or maybeif they had to start comping meals that are wrong they might change the way they are doing business. Just tried for first time. Blew me away with quality and taste. We got chicken strips and tater tots, chicken and loaded mac... and cheese. came with fresh butter rolls. also ordered the brownie bites, careful they are so good they are addicting. Even mypeach teach was great and I have been search for a really good one for years. Just wish the drink had size options as would haveLOVED a large of that tea. I'll be back for sure. We decided to have my husband?s birthday dinner at O?Charley?s. We called a few days prior to reserve a table for our party and... once we arrived, our table wasn?t ready. It wasn?t a big deal but that was just the start to our awful dining experience! Oncewe?re seated we had to pass out our own menus and sliver-ware. We sat at our table for a good 10-15 minutes before someoneapproached us. Our party consist of 19 people and we had 1 waitress! Refills was non existent, we had to go find someone to getrefills every time. We didn?t even have plates for our rolls. Once we finally got the chance to order, it took over 2 hours toreceive our meals! The food was cold and some of our orders were completely wrong! Our food came out randomly so some of us atthe table had eaten our food and the other half was still waiting for their meals to come! We arrived at 8PM & didn?t receivethe food until after 10PM. We felt rushed because at this point the restaurant was closed, they started cleaning, turning offlights and some of us just received our food! The whole experience was a waiting game! We waited to be seated, waited to haveour order taken, waited extremely long for our meals and even had to wait awhile to receive our form of payment back!
