Bought that broccoli Mac and cheese. It almost cost $10 and I only got half a bowl. What the heck.
I work in a skilled nursing center. We were voted BEST IN CLAY for Senior Living. Today is national bagel day. We like to... celebrate these things so our employees know we love them. I placed a large order at the end of last week. You all reached outto me to let me know I could save money if I ordered our bagels a different way. A shout-out to this Panera for always being amazing even when it seems they're short staffed and stressed they always provide me... with great food and service. I've been to this Panera many times this year, I've lost track. I've had experiences where Iordered something through the app but the delivery driver didn't follow through with all the items, I've had experiences withordering cookies they didn't have and not realizing, and every time something happens I am met with kindness andgratitude. Seriously, the employees who have worked here the last few months have probably had it rough with things that gowrong. But they are star players. When they didn't have the cookie I paid for they gave me two cookies of a different kind, whenthey didn't deliver my drink they offered a voucher for a future visit; and while I would never want someone to take advantageof these individuals I wanted to just give a shout out to those working with the public because I know how hard it can be. Thefood is always good, as you can see in the photos the warm bowl (so good) and broccoli cheddar soup (while my stomach mightgrumble about it) I love it. I also enjoy their chipotle chicken avocado sandwich (got to ask for the cilantro off of it though)????. My husband always gets the same soup but he liked the pizza and of course our favorite drink is the green papaya drink. Myhusband, a picky eater, fell in love with it when he shared my drink one day and now gets it every time. The new lemonades arealright, honestly I'll stick with the papaya for now. We also tried the pizza, it was good, but for $7 it just reminds me of acheaper pizza I could get at the store. I think Panera should focus on their soups and salads more, instead of doing weirdstuff like pizza. It's a continuous market, I suppose, but it's competitive so I doubt Panera will last- or at least until theyrealize pizza just isn't their strong point. I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup like I normally do and this is the bread I got. It looks like someone already ate off of it.
This location used to be good whenever they had just opened. We are not by all means regulars but we eat there enough to know... what comes with the sandwiches they serve. I ordered Turkey Avocado BLT and this is the 2nd time I ordered this from thislocation that my sandwich did not come with a spear pickle! It may sound petty to some cos it?s just a pickle. I DO NOT normallyeat pickles and this is the only time I do because it goes well with the sandwich and they have repeatedly ruined the experiencefor me. They used to have it and prepare their food with quality and care, these days? not anymore! My husband normally ordersthe same thing like mine but this time he ordered Steak and Cheese and he said it was over toasted, bland and tasteless. It?sfunny their receipt says ?ACCURACY MATTERS and if there was a problem with the order, let a manager know?. Here?s my take, ifaccuracy matters, it?s not the customer?s responsibility to effing double check y?all?s work! Okay? The price of their menuitems should mirror the quality and taste of their food. Another tasty Panera location. Had four cheese flat bread pizza and it was good. Got a brownie. Kicked back and enjoyed the... good food. Super clean store. Not too busy the time we was there. Great location with additional outdoor seating. To bad it wasraining when we was there. Read more

Horrible! Went there today 11/29/22 went through the drive thru the woman at the window was very nice. A man brings my food to... the window I get home and I have two bowls of chicken broth! I paid almost $14.00 for two bowls of broth, try to call the storeand it just rings. Read more
