I spoke to the young lady named Janae she knows how to make my Pizza I Never had to complain always tips her but I call to make... sure she's working First cuz I have to drive almost 20miles cuz there's not a Papa Murphy's on my side of town My favorite isthe white sauce with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken, extra cheese, and pepperoni on one side for My husband lol ????Great!!!! Just left Papa Murphys on Fleming Island, not happy! The cashier was just finishing up a customer in front of me when I... arrived. No one else in the store. I tried to order the Tuesday special for $10 when the cashier let out an exasperated sighand said it would be at least 30 minutes or more. Phone was not ringing. I know they probably get a number of on line ordered. But I call B.S. It sounded let the cashier didn't want to sell the pizza for $10 dollars. I asked him why it would be so longand he said that they were packed. I left, again not happy. Love the pizza, but will not be going back with that kind ofattitude. I can spend my money elsewhere. This place has the most unpleasant employees I've ever dealt with. The manager would not let us use a text coupon for free... cookie dough because we did not order a regular pizza we ordered a specialty pizza who lets a customer spend more money and notuse a coupon for free stuff why the manager at this Papa Murphy's that's who. I do not like this Papa Murphy's and therefore itwill not get my business anymore I will gladly drive over to Blanding to use the Papa Murphy's in front of Beal's it's muchbetter and the employees are friendly. Any other time we have a great experience. But I called in my order simple order my half pepperoni bacon and jalapeños the... other half pepperoni and sausage. Well on my half they managed to put sausage and mushrooms. I'm allergic to mushrooms. Thanksalot! Read more

A door hanger was left on my vehicles windshield and got stuck to the glass. Owner seemed uninterested in my problem making it... seem like it was a nice thing to stick coupons on my windshield that I would have to go out and buy goo gone and a razor to getoff which undoubtedly will destroy them. The son stated he was having his bachlors party in las Vegas but made the motions togive me a free pizza for the trouble with an insincere apology. The workers, especially Morgan were very helpful and nice and Iappreciate that but I can't shake the feeling of the owner being rather crass like I was abusing the system or something... Istayed around for him to show up after they made me the pizza so I could show him my windshield but he wouldn't walk all of 10feet to look at it much less leave the store. I approached him with a handshake as well to which he ignored at first but gave inwith one of the limpest handshakes I've ever experienced. I feel very unimpressed by the owners actions as he tried to talk offthe problem and hold the free pizza over my head and I know there are others having a problem with the door hangers sticking totheir windows. I have never eaten or dealt with Papa Murphey's before. This is my first experience and I made it known when thepizza was being offered to me as a solution that it was not my goal to score free food.
