Ordered a big dinner box and got boneless wings instead of traditional, the breading falling off of them, pizza has barely any... sauce on them(one had light sauce the other regular and they both had light sauce). I waited 10+ minutes after placing orderonline and arriving after projected finish time. Pizza isn?t good at all. Staff is nice and friendly but That?s it. Pizza hut never surprises me when it comes to great pizza. I absolutely love my pizza hut.
This store is routinely late with their deliveries. Usually by a half an hour or so. I?m not sure if I?ve ever got a fresh pizza... from them that wasn?t almost cold/lukewarm. At least the pizzas good though, only reason I still order from here. Tighten upguys. Just once I?d like a hot pizza. I feel like I?m not asking a lot here lol Read more
This is by far the worst pizza shop I've ever dealt with. The manager and employees are extremely rude and hang up on you while... trying to explain something. Not to mention that you can order a pizza and not get the pizza when it arrives because you havetoo much money. Highly recommend using any other pizza shop besides this pizza hut. My Pizza and rolls were delivered promptly and were hot. There was plenty of meat on the pizza and it was not burnt. I have... never had a problem with this store as I have ordered there many times and will continue to do so. Read more
Went in to order a pizza and asked the man-child, Chauvez (who I found out when calling to report an issue with our order is the... manager on duty) taking our order to please put pepperoni on only 1/2 of a meat lovers pizza. He rolled his eyes and acted as ifI had asked him to recreate the wheel! He went and yelled to the back to put pepperoni on only 1/2 and did not listen when Itried to clarify that we wanted the full meat lovers, minus pepperoni on 1/2. He never asked our name for the order, justentered ?A?. When we got the pizza home, it had 1/2 meat lovers and 1/2 PEPPERONI ONLY! If he had taken the time to LISTENwhen we placed our order (and maybe not rolled those eyes when we asked for something special) our order would have beencorrect. When I called to let them know the order was wrong, he called me a liar and said that I was making things up and that Igot what I ordered. When I asked for a manager, he informed me that he was the manager on duty, and I was shocked. I told him ifhe couldn?t help and was going to yell at me, I would post a bad review (which will probably be taken down) and would contactcorporate about his treatment of a customer. Preordered pizza, breadsticks and cookie for 11:45am delivery time online. 11:43 I got a text it was out for delivery. 12:30 I... called store Because the food still hadn?t arrived. The employee stated they only had one driver and he had left with sixorders. He gave me a $10 credit towards my next pizza and apologized. 12:45 my order showed up, it was the last order delivered,the cardboard boxes were soggy from sitting for over an hour and the food was cold and unedible.
