Had to wait 45 minutes for 10 pieces chicken, 8 nuggets and a sandwich. Sad thing I understand people not wanting to work but... this establishment had people willing to work but not allowed to get overtime! Pro-tip: Don't go to this location if you're hungry! Or even better, don't go at all; I have NEVER had a positive experience at... this location. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, or whether you use the drive-thru or order inside, it's ALWAYS bad. Youhave the option of sitting in your car and waiting for someone to take your order that never shows up, or you go inside wherethere's one person in front of you and after fifteen minutes, neither order has been taken. No one greet you???? No one will tell you it should be justa moment, Not a care in the world! It?s as if every woman here is BabyDaddy but hurt because no one will even smile! We arrived at the drive thru at 10 a.m. which is the time they are open. Told no chicken no anything would be ready for over 15... minutes. Why isn't food ready at the opening time? The shorthanded excuses are just that excuses. What happened to employeesgetting to work on time and to be prepared for customers for opening? This is always how it is at this Popeyes location. Alwaysa very long wait time and they are always out of items and then when you get the order it is wrong or missing items. Where isthe owner and why isn't the owner on top of this? I recommend coming here if you have time, especially if the drive-thru is backed up. I ordered mobile and at the register took... about 20 min for my food. But it was fresh. No customer service etiquette at this location. I said my order and waited for the total but the cashier was dead silent. When... she finally came back she would ask for my order. This happen 3 times. Finally, get to the window, no apology or anything. I getmy food and it was okay. Like the chicken was fresh but the biscuits were cold. Bad experience. Firstly the cashier rang me up and upgraded all my drink sizes charging me extra without my permission. I asked... for an order of spicy tenders and 1 of blackened tenders. They had us pull up to wait on our food to cook and manipulate theirdrive thru time. They had 5 other cars they pulled up. Waited 10 minutes for them to come out and tell me they were out ofregular tenders. I had to reiterate again we wanted spicy and asked for spicy. We had to wait and additional 5 minutes for themto cook the correct tenders.
