Firstly. They are open until midnight but the owners can't be bothered to change the time online. Second, I arrived at 1030 and... immediately the drive through worker sighed - and said "and another one... Go ahead," with the mic on. I tried to order a sweettea and she responded that she'd already dumped and cleaned the tea pitchers... At 1030 pm...when they close at midnight? Iordered a chili cheese coney (regular) and got charged for and receieved a very old footlong. It had no onions, cold cheese, andsmall amounts of chili. I feel like I received someone else's order that they conveniently had lying around. All of the reviewsare right - the drive-thru staff need to be replaced or retrained. I won't be returning. You can?t go wrong with half priced drinks (when you use the app). There are so many yummy flavor combinations. The burgers are... alright, but not a favorite. The waitresses are generally friendly. Read more

Greeted in drive thru by being told it would be at least 8 minutes to take my order so they can catch up on orders. There were 2... cars in front of me and 2 behind me. We just wanted 2 drinks. When did this become acceptable business practice and customerservice? Read more
We placed our order, specifying that it was two parts. The girl taking our order asked for the first part: it was 2 ice creams... We paid. She never asked for the second part. We pressed the button to give the second part. No one answered. We pressed itagain. No one answered. 10 minutes later, a waitress wandered slowly to our car with the first order. We told her that we hadanother. She told us we needed to press the button again. We said that we did. She said they were really busy. We asked ifwe could order now. My mozerella sticks were not hot and it was the only food item I purchased. I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade Slush and they... brought me a Lemonade Slush. I didn't have the energy to send it back. There is no attention to detail. My server was nice. Read more

Every time I come here I wait for 10+ minutes in drive thru before order being taken. Today waited for 16 minutes before... deciding to try a stall but half of them were broken and I saw 2 cars leave the stalls and join the drive thru. This locationalways sucks. Read more
