This is going to be a lot of black and white but somebody needs to look at this store... I went to the Taco Bell and noticed... signs saying that the front counter was closed to use the digital virtual cashier I said okay fine upon ordering I realized thatthere was three drive-thru people preparing food compared to dining only had one person making food mind you I only had a 45minute lunch break which left me 5 minutes after I got my food at the same time waiting for my food I had multiple managerstelling me that the food they ran out of food during lunch rush that the Lobby is closed even though I've already purchased myrecommendation is franchisee or corporate needs to look at the store and reevaluate the customer service is not friendlymanagement are not team players they try to find excuses for everything but I have to say the gentleman that helped me outmaking my food was in my book a A+ person even though there was six to seven people waiting in line waiting for their food hestill had a smile on his face and he was still friendly to the customers but everybody else in that store was a joke Read more
