Drive thru was packed so I decided to go inside. Before I walked through the front door I made sure the lobby was open, I saw... one person waiting for food so I went in. I used the kiosk. One of the workers got upset, and they closed the lobby. Okay? Ittook a while to get my food, fine whatever they're backed up. I hate to do this because I love this place, but for the past 15 to 20 times that I've been there they have consistently gotten... my order wrong. I'm a vegetarian so I don't try to make a big deal out of everything. All I ask is that they replace the meat onthe food item with refried beans. And without fail, at least one or all of my items failed to meet that criteria. And I givethem the benefit of the down almost every time because I know that they are hardworking fast food employees and I don't want tobe that guy. But I figured I should leave this review anyway so if anything people can know that they consistently fail atmeeting certain criteria for your food. This is going to be a lot of black and white but somebody needs to look at this store... I went to the Taco Bell and noticed... signs saying that the front counter was closed to use the digital virtual cashier I said okay fine upon ordering I realized thatthere was three drive-thru people preparing food compared to dining only had one person making food mind you I only had a 45minute lunch break which left me 5 minutes after I got my food at the same time waiting for my food I had multiple managerstelling me that the food they ran out of food during lunch rush that the Lobby is closed even though I've already purchased myrecommendation is franchisee or corporate needs to look at the store and reevaluate the customer service is not friendlymanagement are not team players they try to find excuses for everything but I have to say the gentleman that helped me outmaking my food was in my book a A+ person even though there was six to seven people waiting in line waiting for their food hestill had a smile on his face and he was still friendly to the customers but everybody else in that store was a joke Read more
