the smoothies are fine, but the food not so great. i went in there about 2 weeks ago, got a free smoothie and a sandwich.... sandwich was burnt, i called the store back requesting a refund. i asked if they?d like me to come back up there or if they justwanted to do it over the phone. apparently only the district managers do refunds. cool. IT HAS BEEN 14 days! and i called backasking about it and they said ?this book is everywhere and even if you came back up here we?d still have to send it in?. LOL!miss ma?am, sounds very disorganized. sometimes bad reviews are the only way to get corporate?s attention. i?d hate to be thatwoman, but here we are. Read more

Was in the shop for two minutes just standing at the counter while the THREE associates just straight up ignored me. I?d give a... 0/5 if I could cause I just walked out. We just order 7 smoothies and not 1 came correct. I know you are staffed but, it doesn't take but a second to read the... ingredients to a smoothie. I'm very upset and when I called the location, I was told upon answering the phone to hold andthey never came back. Really need to do better!!!! Read more

Quick service, even when busy. Smoothies have consistent quality with enough variety for anyone to enjoy- with non-dairy and... presumably gluten free options (it is fruit, after all). Wraps and sandwiches are great meals to have alongside your smoothie,and I've found little disappointment with the place overall. Read more

I ordered the Caribbean wrap with no pineapple salsa (note I?m allergic) I also asked for no Romain lettuce and Caribbean on the... side They completely ignored what I asked and put pineapple salsa and the Romain lettuce on there. Then I ordered a hummusveggie wrap which I didn?t even get I got something completely different it was Buffalo or something. I tried to call but wasput on hold for over 30 minutes. I?ve been coming to this location for several years, but over the past year I?ve watched a terrible decline in service, staff,... and accuracy. Not only do they mess up several orders, they have had several attempts at replacing the same order and stillfail every time. On top of that the staff itself has about as much personality as a plain white painting canvas and is probablyless friendly than Oscar the grouch. It?s bad enough to get 90% of my orders over the last month wrong but it?s another whenthe staff is mopey, argumentative with each other, and just drags around like the world is about to end.
