Ordered the 10 count box of burgers last night on my way home. I get home and all the sauce is mustard. And there is mustard on... the burgers which are supposed to come with no sauce so you can build your own. Nobody in my family eats mustard rendering this$50 dinner useless. This Whataburger was by far the worse meals I have ever purchased by this one in Orange Park. I will never return to this... facility. I refuse to call it a restaurant. I will say the girl at the drive-thru window was polite but all 3 meals I purchasedwas not good at all. That opinion was shared by the other 2 people with the other 2 meals. Also Whataburger, update your onlinemenu because one of the first meals I seen was the mushroom Swiss meal, I was informed at the window they no longer make thatmeal and haven't for a year now. Always check your order. They always seem to forget your dipping sauce and absolutely NEVER put napkins in your bag. I thought... it would get better as time went on sine it was a new location, but it's been a long time and nothing has changed. Been out of Texas for 20 years and miss breakfast taquitos so much. Was very happy to get one today and yes....still amazing!
Some of the staff could care less if we were there. Had to ask for napkins, ketchup. The sweet tea container was empty. The... lettuce was dry not fresh. The bun was definitely old and fries were cold. The shake machine wasn?t working. We drove 161 milesfrom the Tampa area to eat Whataburger which is my favorite hamburger joint. I was sad ???? On vacation with friends, when we turned into the neighborhood area where we were staying, I knew I would get ?Wataburger?,... which was across the street.We don?t have any ?wataburgers where I?m from...I?ll let you know my experience..First thing Iappreciated was the diversity in the staff..That was welcoming..we order curbside and it was raining and they still came outseveral times to get us our complete order.. the manger brought them out himself..really professional and provided excellentservice..Everyone loved their food..Great Burger!!! I went to get food and it I couldn't get a soda...the soda machines were either empty of broke...so, I had to order a milkshake... and had to pay full price for the shake. That should have been discounted...I ordered a meal that is supposed to come with adrink. If I can't have my soda then why up charge me for something that is basically the store issue? Then I get my food homeand it's disgusting...cold fries...barely warm burger....this was my 1st and, last time ever eating at this place.... Read more
