Had a large order which included two salads. This location continually serves small salads, the portion is much smaller than any... I've seen at other locations. That wasn't my main gripe though, one of the salads had a blue bread tie in it. It wasn't on topeither so the salad was mostly consumed before they noticed. I called and was told that they would try to do better. I can seeI'm not the only one with " zalad" issues. Zaxby's should've at least offered a discount on a future order so they could redeemthemselves but they did nothing. Just went at 830 on a Monday night and was very disappointed. Asked for certain sauces extra that I had to pay for but then... wasn't given. Out of cheese curds so had to settle for something else. Can't get a large cup cause they are out. But they stillwanna charge 1.20 or whatever to "go big" but can't get a big cup. Old fries. Can't even sauce the boneless wings. Napkins mustbe a overthought or maybe i have to ask for those just to pay extra. The one good thing they did was at least got light ice inthe sweet tea. The south mandarin san jose location has spoiled me I guess. Staying away will not be spending my money in thedrive thru anytime soon! Read more

The food is really good quality. Love their dipping sauces. Price is mid- range for a fast food restaurant.However its unique... flavor makes it worth it. Best thing on the menu in my opinion it's the wings and things (mild) . Read more

tiniest salad ever in a different, smaller container. The grilled chicken on the sandwich was maybe 2 oz., doesn't cover half... the bun which appears smaller too. very friendly and efficient staff though. Read more

Went here the other day with my wife. I got some spicy fried mushrooms and she ordered some grilled cheese sandwich with fries.... The fries were crunchy and delicious. The grilled cheese was also pretty good and The mushrooms were phenomenal! They are myfavorite at this place. The bathrooms were really clean. Also the service was really fast and we got our food within 5 minutesor so after ordering. I'm definitely going to come to this one more often! Read more

Very disappointed the quality of food continues to go down the proportions are getting smaller the price has gone up 20 - $0.30... per meal.... update on my review from last year is I am now changing it from two stars to one and the reason for this is thatagain the prices have gone up and the amount of food you receive has gone down again.
