I placed an ordered for pick up at 9:30 for 3 pies. They told me 20 minutes wait so I waited until 9:50 pm. Then they called me... to let me know they were ready and I told them that I was on my way. I was only 5 minutes away. When we got there, they hadalready closed everything. It was very disappointing disrespectful. I had 20 people waiting for food in the house and I can?tbelieve they called us to let me know but they didn?t call to say they were leaving. You don?t run a business like that. I placed my order,delivery guy shows up missing my soda he says he'll be right back with it I had already paid I was waiting and... waiting kept calling saying well be there soon I even called restaurant and let them know they said he just left he calls backand says I'm two minutes away I waited 40 more minutes and nothing no soda and no change from my order this is not how you dobusiness so I was the soda which I'm over that but I never got my change I will never do business with you guys ever again verydissatisfied Read more

I know everyone is stressed especially with what's going on in the world. But there are few simplicity people look foward to .... Like dressing with there salad and marinara sauce in the container not all over the bag. When I called an asked where thedressing was. I was told" they don't know if they put it bag or not. Plus I should call in tomorrow for a refund. I know itmay be simple thing but . After working 13 hours a day seven days a week I don't think wanting dressing along with my salad isto much to ask. So am eating dry salad . Thanks but no thanks keep the refund and learn better customer service. Read more
They dont wear gloves or wash their hands. They touch peoples money, cards, and the register then touch all the food without... washing hands or changing gloves. Even after i politely asked them to put gloves on when they removed my pizza from the oven.Worker put gloves on then cashed out another customer, didnt change the gloves, and got that customers pizza and mine. When ispoke to them about the whole point being not touching dirty money, cards and the register then the food. They became very rude.Would not recommend this place. You would think people would take more precautions during the COVID pandemic, not less. I didtry the pizza since i had already paid for. Great pie. Friendly staff. We?re from out of town and needed a pizza and wine night in our hotel. We swung by here and waited... under 15 minutes for our delicious pie. While we waited we walked two doors down and picked up a bottle of red. All wasperfecto!!! Generous toppings and perfectly cooked. Read more
This place is the worst. Asked for a sandwich with salami, mozzarella and roasted red peppers and this is what I get. Asked for... no tomatoes or lettuce and of course when I got home I had to spend time picking off the tomatoes and lettuce from my sandwich.$11 for this is just ridiculous. Read more
