Service was ok, I sat inside to eat and they closed the dinning room. I was allowed to stay and finish eating. Came here 8/14 at 9:50 PM ? whoever was the lady working was pleasantly amazing! She was patient with me the headset, courteous,... kind and professional! Food came out quick and hot. You don?t find this at many burger kings or QSR in general! Great job Read more
Pulled up to the drive thru and was told that they just had to "reset the system". I said "ok, how long does that take". "A... while". I paused and 10 seconds later she said "last time it took 25 or 30 minutes". I honestly got the feeling that they reallyjust didn't want to work, so just a heads up to whoever manages this store, you may want to keep an eye on them. Read more
While traveling back home from vacation, we stopped here to rest and eat. While looking at the menu inside, the manager tells me... it's drive thru only and walks off while I try to ask why is the door is unlocked and there are customers inside and eating ifit'sdrive thru only. Gotta be honest. So sorry to give this critical of a review. But to everyone involved with this organization, you really need to... be honest with yourselves. Every bench outside has a broken seat. Not only that but the broken seat is sitting on top of thetable. Inside looks authentic from the 80s cause it's never been updated. And that's kinda cool, but what's not cool is notrepairing damages from 30- 40 years of use. Cleanliness was an issue on the inside and outside. Came back through Orangeburgon the way back home from beach. Took these pictures at second passing after noticing the filth upon a second visit. Check outthe pictures for yourself. Read more
Busy night in the area, this Burger King was not very busy. Wonderful experience. Super friendly! (I didn't catch her name - she... had pinkish hair, maybe the manager?) She went above and beyond, made sure we got fresh fries, everything was hot and great!Would definitely recommend! Read more
Horrid customer service. Nonexistent. Tried to go in to order. Guy at the door spoke to me through the door saying drive thru... only. Got in line. Sat 15 mins. Got to speaker. Nobody spoke. So we waited. And then drove to pickup window to order. Theemployee said verbatim "drive around again to order." My husband said "we waited 15 mins already and nobody was at the speaker"she replied "if you wanna order, drive back around and get in line." My husband asked for a manager and she turned her back tous and refused to acknowledge we were there. So so so rude. Read more
