On our road from Atlanta to Charleston we stopped by to have lunch. Great burger. Friendly staff. Great location.
The biscuits and orange juice were lukewarm. I do not care for unmelted cheese, especially cheddar, so I like for my biscuits to... be hot. I saw the employee taking orange juice out of a pack that was sitting on the counter instead of out of the refrigerator.That prompted me to ask her if the orange juice was cold. She told me yes. It was not. Orange juice is thick and I like it icecold. Stop being lazy and just get it out of the refrigerator each time. Between that and the lukewarm biscuit, I will probablynot be returning and will go to the other Hardee's in town. Read more
Have had my order messed up so many times here it is ridiculous! Will drive out of my way now to go to the other Hardee's in the... city because this one has become incompetent. Have been going here for years and am so disappointed. In the last year servicehas declined and food is lackluster on many occasions. Read more
I can not have caffeine, it causes heart issues in me. So when I went through the drive thru this past weekend I specifically... said decaf when ordering, I clarified I needed decaf once again when paying. She hands me the coffee and once again I ask ifit's decaf. It was not. Thankfully I said something again a 3rd time! Because apparently she wasn't paying attention or caringthe other 2 times I ordered and stressed I needed decaf. This is very concerning for me, mistakes like that can send people likemyself to the hospital. Read more
Went to this establishment today between 12-1 with my wife. This was one of the worst meals I have ever had. The manager on duty... was rude and not helpful. The food was bad very bad. I am in the restaurant business and they cooked my chicken in old oil. Thehamburger my wife had had a hard bun on the bottom. The reason for this is because it was sitting on the heat chute past theexpiration time. The only reason they got a one star is because the restaurant was clean. Read more
Restaurant was out of Chicken ???? Tenders????Very Disappointed ???? because that's what I came for. Customer service wasn't the... friendliness and Service was a little slow ???? ???? But, Food was fresh and made to order so I understood the slow serviceafterwards. Breakfast biscuit was delicious. Good place to have fast breakfast.
