Food was better than service. Man who took order was good, they did not give me all my food and when i asked for the rest, the... associate asked 3 times what i was missing, looked at the receipt, then retrieved the items without apologizing or saying thankyou. Read more
The store including the restrooms were clean. The staff was nice, we received great customer service. The fries were hot and... fresh. The hamburgers were greasy. Overall had a good experience. Read more
Driving through, staying the night at local hotel. Went to Wendy's and spent almost 15 minutes at Drive Thru waiting before... placing order before leaving and going to McDonald's. McDonald's took my order quickly, correctly and friendly. Only to havecold, cold hamburgers. Meat not even warm. Will be avoiding this exit next time I drive through. Read more
This McDonnalds always seems more like a nursery than an fast food establishment. Always one older manager (who?s usually solid... and nice) with a whole bunch of disrespectful teenagers doing anything but what they?re supposed to. We have been having some not so great experiences at fast food restaurants lately. But not this one! I ordered on the mobile... app, we didn't have to wait very long, the restaurant was extremely clean. Surprisingly, they seemed to have plenty of staff,too. We are traveling, but I would recommend stopping in, if you need a quick bite to eat and ability to get in and out as wellas a really nice, clean restaurant. Read more
Stopped here several times on trips to the coast. This store is hit or miss, depends on the crew. Most recent visit was bad. 20... minute wait @ drive thru, bread stale, sandwich poorly assembled, chicken burnt, drinks watery. I don't expect much from fastfood but it should be better than this. We (group of 9) walked in to the restaurant just before 1pm. The restaurant was full and I thought it was going to be long stop... on our way home. But surprisingly we walked right in, the staff took our order and with very little wait at all had all of ourcorrect food. The restaurant was clean with staff continuously cleaning and stocking the lobby. It has been a very long timesince I had been in a fast food establishment where the people working were happy to have guests and you can tell they showedpride in the work they were doing. Thank you. Went to this McDonald's on way home from vacation. Ordered breakfast from the app, went to the drive thru, the cashier said... they were still serving breakfast and approved the payment. When we drove around to the window we were told they no longer hadwhat we ordered and would not make anymore. We didn't want anything else so I simply asked for a refund. The cashier saidsince we paid through the app we couldn't get a refund, we had to call an 800 number. I've called the number 3 times, calledthis store, no one returned my call. I sent a complaint, all I got was an apology response. All I want is my $18 refundedfor the order that I DID NOT RECEIVE!!! I really don't understand why it is going to take an act of congress for them to returnmoney that doesn't belong to them. I'm thinking it is wire fraud to accept money through an app and not give what the paymentwas for. WARNING: BE CAREFUL PAYING WITH THIS APP. Please give me back my money McDonalds. Read more
