The atmosphere was busy but to be expected due to the location. The staff were friendly. However the food was near cold. I... would recommend. Normally it's ok and the food. They need to think of way to keep the food from becoming cold while waiting toget through drive thru. The wait wasn't entirely long therefore the food should not have been cold. Read more

We rarely eat at McDonald's but it was open and we were on the road and hungry. The only reason we stop at McDonald's is for... fast food. We stopped in for breakfast and ordered a simple egg McMuffin and egg biscuit. It was rather expensive for what wegot. What got the one star rating was our 20 minute wait for our food and there was only four people in front of us plus thedrive through. The woman taking our order was very friendly and very efficient. This experience was so poor I'm not likely togo to another McDonald's anywhere for the next couple of years. Read more
Food was good.. Fries were a bit over cooked/ reheated too many times, and had to wait 30 minutes for the food. They are in a... busy area so I can't completely blame them for the time frame with so many people. Read more
Dirty mop water in this place means you can't even stand to pee without your legs sliding all over the place b/c the floors are... so greasy. You can't order at the counter, you have to order at the kiosk so there's nobody to give you your drinks and you'llhave to ask for them which stinks. There were about 10+ people in the back but nobody taking orders. The ketchup dispensers areempty so they give you like 3-4 gross packets with your food, if you want more you have to ask and they'll give you another 3-4.We had 4 orders of fries and ended up just eating them all dry b/c why beg for condiments? Overall this is a location right offof the highway and they get a lot of business but I think they need to clean the place up and look at experience a bit. Read more
Drove through this town today and very impressed with customer service! One of the best McDonald's we've encountered! Only 4... stars just due to wait time but that's pretty typical these days. Read more

I normally don?t do reviews or complaints, but tonight was just a bit too much. I ordered my drink with no ice and I was given a... cup with a large portion of the beverage missing from the top. When I asked about why a portion was missing from the top, themanager answered me with a ?nice nasty? attitude how that?s how they do things now. and so I told her oh, OK I did not know. Iwas just wondering. With the same nice nasty attitude, she cuts me off and walks away. I?m looking like what just happened andthe workers inside are looking very sad like she?s already gone off on them. Then i started eating the fries on the drivehome???. The fries were over cooked too hard and crunchy. As soon as I get over the attitude I received now I have to eat nasty,crunchy over cooked fries. I?m still willing to overlook things because I was thinking, maybe she was having a rough time inher life and then I tasted my drink??. It was horrible I ordered a Hi-C orange with no ice. I don?t know why, but it tastedhorrible almost turned my stomach. I spit it out and then I poured it out and now I am here. I will not be going to thatMcDonald?s again.
