My wife and I decided to stop in and grab the family some tacos and the drive thru was busy plus they always seem to rush you... through your order at the drive thru for some reason so we went inside. The building itself is magnificent they did a great jobdecorating and making it feel comfortable for a "fast food" restaurant. We used the kiosk to order, which was totallyconvenient. However when we got to the counter to pay we noticed that the 3 ladies that we could see making food Were obviouslynot to happy to be working.They seemed to have this attitude that was hard to watch, throwing food around, slamming utensils,and not welcoming at all. The 25 minutes that we were there waiting on our order it seemed like they all wanted to be elsewhereand out of the 3 ladies they may have spoke to us once and that was only because I asked for another bag after they threw mywife's cinnamon twists in the bag with the burritos and they were everywhere. Then all that was said was " what do you want"when I walked back to the counter. This blew my mind because I was nothing but friendly even trying to lighten the mood. Ofcourse this didn't work. On May 5, 2022 I placed an online order at the Orangeburg, SC location on John C. Calhoun & Magnolia Streets. I didn't receive... my food. I requested a refund at the store and was given an override receipt and told it would go back on my card. It has not. Ihave filed complaints on line and called corporate office and as of today, June 15th, 2022, I have not received my money back ora response from corporate office! If that is the way Taco Bell does business, it''s unacceptable!! How about get my money backto me please!, or I will keep writing reviews until I do! A Very Unsatisfied Customer! Updated June 25, 2022 - I still havenot received any feedback from Taco Bell! I spoke to someone in September that assured me I would get my refund expeditiouslybecause that amount of time is unacceptable. Guess what? As of October 12th, I still have not received my refund! One bad applehas spoiled the bunch! I will NEVER patronize another Taco Bell!! As of October 18, 2022, I have received my refund.Persistence pays off. They refused to refill the Pepsi to fill my drink order they refused to cook chalupa bread to fill my online order just... horrible! And it?s like this every time we come here they never have chalupa bread and always out of something makes no since! Read more

Electronic kiosk ordering is supposed to streamline the experience, but I had to specifically ask for the drink I had ordered.... When I got my cup, the drink machine was out of ice, and there was no syrup in the first three soft drinks I tried to pour.Though prompted at the kiosk to select sauces, there were none in my order, nor any napkins. This taco bell in particular continues to get orders wrong. The manager has an attitude as if the customer is wrong when they're... the ones that make a mistake. I'll definitely drive all the way on the other side of town if I ever want taco bell. Read more

Used the drive through one evening last week. Ordered the "Party Box" that has a dozen Tacos for $18.52 with tax. I didn't think... that was a bad price for 12 tacos. They taste good & make for a quick supper. I rated my experience there only 3 stars becauseof the parking lot. There are 3 very big pot holes in the parking lot there that you have to try & go around. Some you can'tsteer away from to get where you need to go. I asked the young lady at the pick up window about them but she didn't have much tosay about the issue. It doesn't seem to be slowing down their business though. They really need to fix those holes.
