Where do I start? More people left the line than stayed due to the slow service. The person taking orders kept complaining about... being tired. Order received was wrong (TWICE!) Bun was stale and crumbled in your hand. Sandwiches were missing bacon. I saw thesame person assembling burgers and cleaning trays without washing hands. Not sure how this place is in business? Chili was goodbut how can you mess that up. *Pours from bag* Read more

Wow. I just finished eating here and feel like I?m going to hurl. On a long trip, we stopped here for lunch and went into the... dining room. The line was 15+ people long and it took us 30 minutes of waiting just to get to the front. No one had any sense ofurgency for this lunch rush. Once at the front, we stood and waited longer for someone to come take our order. The cashier hadher long hair down all over the place and was going back and forth between washing trays, taking orders, serving fries, gathering orders?and I never saw her wash her hands once. I didn?t see anyone else wearing gloves, hair nets or practicing anycleaning duties. If we weren?t so hungry we would have left but now we wished we had. Our order was rung up wrong and then I wasargued with about what I ordered. When we received our food, they forgot to give us drink cups which we saw happen with severalpeople waiting ahead of us. Several people came back to have their orders corrected including a guy who was shorted on hisnuggets. Eager to finally eat, our disappointment just continued. Buns were stale and crumbly, nuggets were cold and hard, frieswere lukewarm, lettuce was slimy and bacon was missing off the burger. I wish I could say something was good but the bathroomshad vomit and one stall didn?t have a lock at all. Oh yeah I almost forgot- the chili was alright but since it only has to beheated I can?t imagine them messing this up but I suppose anything is possible when you?re such a train wreck already. When you are tempted to eat here, just don't. They are frequently short staffed. When this happens, they lock the dining room... doors, but the dine in option on the app is still there. You don't actually know that you can't dine in until after you placeyour mobile order (and have already paid) and then find the dining room doors are locked. So you have to either leave, and loseyour money, or get in the drive through line. It took 30 minutes tonight just to get to the speaker to tell them about themobile order. Fortunately one vehicle drove off before we reached the speaker or it would have been longer. After telling themabout our mobile order at the speaker, it took another 15 minutes (with just one car ahead of us) to get our food. I only sawtwo employees in the store, so they were likely short staffed, which happens often, so it is best not to order here until afteryou arrive and assess the situation to see if you really want to eat here. The food was good, just very slow. Read more

Wendy's is a place we eat at twice a day. Tonight will probably change that.from the start no one would answer the intercom to... take order so we pull around. The girl at the window was rude, she couldn't get the order right we had to repeat it at leastfive times . She didn't ring it up correctly. We've always gotten a senior discount , but she said that is never been offered atWendy's. She forgot our drinks ,had to remind her, then had to remind her to give us our frostys. The had to ask for straws, spoons ,and Honey mustard sauce. We even tried to speak with the new manager he just shook his head and went on his way whichwas very rude. I wish Neal or Mo would come back they were the best employees Wendy's has ever had . Oh and the food was not hotand had the French fries filled only halfway. I made the comment ,"I just might need to get a refund" and I heard "no refundshere" . My husband said not to cause a scene and we would handle it later, that I should do a review that way higher authoritywould get notified. I hope something is done about this . It will be a shame because it used to be my favorite place toeat. Sincerely very unsatisfied customer Read more

We were able to get a chocolate frosty so that was much better than Wendy's in Gaston. Plus the lady at the drive thru last... night was very polite. Great customer service! Read more

Took 40 min to get my food in the drive through... with 5 cars total. Fortunately 2 of them left the line early. Dining room is... closed as well. The folks inside are trying, but they definitely need more help. Read more

I guess they're dinger at the drive-thru It's broken because we went back-and-forth for nearly 12 minutes before we just decided... to drive up to the window and We could see them talking inside and they still didn't notice us until we beat on thedrive-through window. All in total we were there 27 minutes and the food was mediocre at best do not recommend going to thuslocation They mean as few as if we were bothering them.. Read more

The good things that I can say is the food was hot and the frosty and fries were good. We ordered the bacon burger combo meals... with the free frostys because we purchasd the free frosty tags. The cashier was courteous but while he was giving us cups to usethe thousand flavor fountain machine he did not inform us that the fountain machine only had zero sodas and drinks, we had toinform him that the fountain machine only had zero drinks, he then said that they did have the non zero drinks behind thecounter. The bourbon burger was not good it has bourbon sauce on it, the burger is not made with bourbon it should be calledbourbon sauce burger and it has no bourbon taste. It also has fried onion straws on it which I do not like that. Why not justhave fried onions or just raw onions? Read more
