Never again. Stopped here to pickup lunch after being out with the kids. A quick check of the order in the busy line and... everything appeared okay. We got home and noticed 2 of the kid's meals were missing their cookies and I didn't have the dressingfor my salad. They asked which dressing I wanted but didn't put it in the bag. My husband went back to get my dressing and theyhad the audacity to charge him for it. So done with this place. And on top of that, they were rude. Read more

Everytime I come here there's always something wrong. Cold fries, no seasoning, long wait in the drive through, long wait in the... drive just to be pulled forward to a parking spot for another 20 minute wait, food tasting toxic like someone dropped plastic inthe fryer, being charged for 2 ounce souffle cups of sauce with only 0.2 ounce in it. Today I waited in the drive thru, told tohold ( I waited for 10 minutes), then told the fryers were not working after waiting all that time. Why wasn't I told this fromthe beginning???? Hey so today?s Veterans Day and so I went to Zaxby?s on north road to claim the meal they give us vets as I was told and... verified online upon arriving there I realized I left my wallet at my job site due to the manner of how we have to scan out viaid. With just 30 mins allowed I kindly asked a employee if I could use a picture of me several I had on my phone alone with apic of my dd214 and pointed out my USMC tat on my left arm forarm area she said she would ask manager mr willie. As I saw theconversation going do I saw he said no I politely said sir I don?t believe I would have a tat or fake dd214 on phone just to geta free sandwich not to mention next door where I work Applebee?s given a free meal steak and such that I just personally didn?twant to have that heavy of a meal. He said no I could lie and he need if card. I don?t know ??????? Zaxby's is a Hit or a Miss. Sometimes they do good and sometimes they are Awful. Tonight I was very disappointed. Cashier wasn't... pleasant, I went through drive thur so I wouldn't have to get out of the vehicle but unfortunately, I had to go inside becausethe Cashier forgot to give me my change. Good thing I did because they forgot to put my salad dressing & sauces in my bag thenwhen I get home to eat OMG ????I ordered a Basket of Fries and it looked like a side of fries and my order of Chedder Biteswhich I love look like about 10 was in the box.
