Alright so I tend to give people breaks, especially in service jobs but honestly, this is the worst Little Caesar's. I cant tell... you how many times I've had to wait extremely long for 1 classic "hot and ready" pepperoni. Today is the last day I will comehere. Ordered at 7:05. Said it'd be ready at 7:25 at the latest. Show up 10 minutes late at 7:35 and the tell me it will beanother 10 minutes... there is no one else here. Over 40 minutes when I could have had this delivered in less time fromsomewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous. I'd rather drive to the one in Folsom. It's a Wednesday night by the way. Ordered online, only to arrive and STILL wait 20 minutes for a classic pepperoni and classic cheese because they don't keep a... readily available stock of their "Hot and Ready" selections. They offered no apologies instead walked away from the counter andwent to the back to rest their chin on a box of pizzas ready to be put in the warmer. Would NOT recommend wasting time, money orfrustration here. Read more

I love little caesars but please start cooking the pizza all the way and slicing it all the way. Its not just once, its every... time. Even if you ask them to cook it all the way and not pull it early, its still not cooked. Its just this one location ongreenback probably because they're so busy and understaffed. Dont even try ordering breadsticks unless you want a wad of yummydough. Read more
First and last time I ever go to this location. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me.. then a male... employee walked up to the register while wiping his runny nose with his hand as he proceeded to take my order. After I paid, heimmediately started making my pizza.. dude didn?t even wash his hands. I felt incredibly disgusted and asked for my money back. Read more
We used to pay all that money for expensive "quality" pizza chain pizza, but no more! The quality of thse competition ha dropped... and you just cant get s better pizza dinner for the money! Plus they are fast to make what you want if they don't have it Hot nReady. Read more
It is a short 100 feet from the road. They are pretty fast typically which is good as they only have a couple of chairs... avaIlable to wait in. I usually get the deep dish pizza. It comes with peperoni and cheese and lots of cheese which makes itso good. They are quite thick so you get a lot of dough if you like that. It's all for under 10 dollars so it is a gooddeal. They usually have them ready in advance at primetime but I would recommend opening up the box and taking a peek beforeyou leave. I have had a few bad experiences where it had been dried out and over cooked looking. Because of that I am takingaway a star. If they are out the wait is about 10 minutes. Read more
The worst customer service possible i just waited at the front counter for 15 minutes as many crew members walked by with out... any acknowledgment for my presence or the presence of the 5 other customers behind me waiting for service . When they finallydecided i was staring to much they told me they are not accepting walk-ins and can only make an online order. I have been in thecustomer service industy a long time and the fact that this is acceptable is crazy.
