DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT I spoke with the manager named Uroni after they sent me the wrong order and instead of... fixing the order he offered a $10 off coupon as if I wanted to order from them again. I attempted to order a pizza was told 45-1 hour. I called and hour later asked about the pizza and they told me they were just... putting it in now. I asked to cancel the order. There response was ?The pizza is just put in the oven now, what do you want usto do with it, don?t call back here?.???? I wouldn?t give them 1 star if that was an option. Read more
Skip this restaurant and just drive to the Fair Oaks location on sunrise. They are much better. The greenback store employees... and manager do NOT care about their customers. They actually stated that. If I could leave 0 stars I would! That was the worstcustomer service I have ever received in my life!! The employees were extremely rude and the owner or manager was equallyrude. Please do NOT go there. they need to learn they cannot treat their customers or our community members that way. Save yourbusiness and spend your money elsewhere. The location on Sunrise and Madison is much better and if you order gluten free (2family members are allergic) They are very careful. We ordered pizza and they delivered to wrong address and they won't even refund our money the manager told us we should go get... it from where they delivered it to. Long story short there mistake they should fix it there customer service is absolutelyhorrible and Orangevale definitely doesn't need this kind of place it just goes to show some people are absolutely down rightdisgusting considering they did this to a married senior citizen couple.75yrs old and 85yrs old just got literally robbed for70.00 by this Mountain Mike's Pizza in the shopping center by goodwill in Orangevale. I used the Mountain Mike's App to buy lunch today for pickup at the Orangevale, CA location. I used two of my earned rewards;... $10 off my purchase, and a free side. About 5 minutes after I placed the order I received a phone call from an employee at therestaurant stating that my order was being cancelled by the owner and that the location will not be accepting any rewards fromthe Mountain Mike's App. While my money was refunded, and rewards returned, I'm hungry and angry. If they don't want toparticipate in the rewards program, they should be removed from the app. I feel bad using the reward at another location,because it feels unfair for me to burden them with a reward that should have been used at the location I normally buy pizza fromat full price. I have been a loyal customer to Mountain Mike's for over 10 years and just started using the app. While I findit frustrating that I can't use online coupons, I found the rewards program attractive, so I started using it. In less than amonth I have purchased $243.61 in pizza with a total discount of $35.84 using the app (including today's purchase). That is alittle more than a 14% discount in total. A 14% discount is nothing to throw a fit over, and losing a customer over it, isn'tonly bad business, it's stupid, and probably against their agreement with Mountain Mike's Pizza. Read more

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks on my 1 hour lunch break. Was told 15 minutes my pizza would be ready, 55 minutes later I had 5... minutes to eat what I could. Pizza looked good tasted good, but no sauce. Breadsticks cost $5.99, add cheese $6.99. Thebreadsticks were only covered 1/3 with cheese. Read more
