This particular location seems entirely incapable of making an order without messing it up the first time, and often, they mess... it up the second time. Of the three times I've been here in the last month, They've made a vegetarian dish with beef, given methe wrong order entirely, and gave me three standard bean burritos, instead of the modified bean burritos and the beefy meltburrito that I ordered. The service here is absolutely appalling, and until they get their stuff together, I'll not bereturning. The only saving grace is the service times. Drive thru times can be a bummer but I've always appreciated this spot and how they are considerate compared to other locations.... Taco Bell is really coming through with the breakfast box, just had it and what a great deal! Was having a bad morning and it'scompletely turned around, thank you for being a trustworthy spot! This ???? Rating & Review is based solely on this specific location and it?s common Drive-Thru wait times. Tonight could have... very easily escalated with irrational excitement. I pulled my vehicle right up, and I sat there for a solid 5 minutes after Iwas greeted and told they would be right with me to take the order. The one car in front of me had already moved up to thewindow by that time. Seconds before the employee came back to the intercom to take the order, the person behind me startedhonking at me, and began yelling ?You done?! You already order?! Go!!? I looked back and shouted ?They haven?t even taken myorder yet!!? Needless to say, the entire wait time from the initial greeting to the time I received my food was 21 minutes, andthat was with only one other car in front of me. Taco Bell has an average wait time of 4 minutes and 28 seconds? they hold thetitle, as of 2021 for the shortest drive-thru wait times. The drive through was the slowest drive through I have ever been through! I had time to file my nails, play Pokémon go, and put... in my contacts and still had wait time. Never coming back to this one. Slowest service ever. If you don't have enough staff, close the store. Or fix whatever the... problem was if it wasn't understaffing. Drive through shouldn't take over an hour! I would'nt even wait at a real restaurantthat long. Two coupons for free $1.50 items doesn't even cover the gas wasted waiting in the line for that long. Today was the second time visiting this location, the first time we waited 20 minutes in the drive through and our order was... only four tacos. Today there was four customers inside the restaurant and not many customers on the drive through and the waitwas ridiculous for three tacos and one nachos bell grande. They got our order wrong adding an unwanted ingredient, and afterpointing out the wrong ingredient they gave us a new item. When we open our bag we noticed a hair on our nachos and one softtaco was also missing. They also forgot to give me a receipt, maybe they want to avoid a bad review on their survey. Every time we come here it takes 30 mins to get through the drive thru whether there is 10 cars or 2 cars. I always dread coming... here when my kid wants taco bell cause it's always a ridiculously long wait. I just don't understand. We also only get 2 beanburritos.
