Had a 21st birthday for my daughter at this location. Soooo much fun and absolute fabulous service! Lots of room to accommodate... several people, yummy appetizers and once again, superb service! All cutlery, napkins and plates provided and cake service ona whim! Not a single person waited service! I?m a regular at this establishment. Nothing but amazing service from the bartenders, servers and hostess?s. Always know how to... make a guest feel welcome, especially Deb and Kyla. This was the worst experience I have ever received from a Chucks. I used to previously attend Chucks at least once a week in a... different city with my friends, it was our hangout spot. I went here the other day for the first time, first of all it took over5 minutes just for the server to come and greet us. We barley saw our server as there was multiple people dealing with us. Wegot the spinach dip as our app to split between 3 people and there was 8 pitas total. Most places give you pitas until the dipis gone. Not only did we pay $12 for this, then they wanted to charge an extra $2 for more pitas when there was over half thedip left. Two of us ordered chicken fingers, they were the hardest and grossest chicken fingers I have EVER had. My frienddidn?t even touch her meal, so that was another wasted $15. I will never return to a Chucks Roadhouse after this terribleexperience and wasted money. Read more
