My husband and I were driving from Pearson back home to Bayfield and we?re starving. Passed by at 6:30pm last night and decided... to grab something at DQ on the way by. First of all, the FRIENDLIEST drive-thru voice I had ever heard - this lady was aDELIGHT! When we pulled up to pay, that young lady was also super friendly! Pulling up to get our food and the kitchen washopping! Clearly this team knows what it?s doing! Lots of smiles and the food was perfect, hot, and just what we needed to getus home. Honestly, probably the best drive thru I?ve ever been to! If you?re spinning past Orangeville in the near future, skipMcDs and head straight to DQ. Service was amazing. We bought a cottoncandy ice cream cake, which we forwarded a pic of our daughter to put on the cake for our... 7yr old and we thought it would be a typical cake with your sprinkles and a distorted pic of our daughter, but it looked amazingand the pic was as clear as the actual pic. We were there to buy a cake for my daughter's birthday and I was pleasantly suprised at the selection. My husband got hungry... and ordered a hamburger but it came with cheese on it and they very quickly got him a fresh one. ???? Read more
Store was VERY CLEAN - saw a team members sanitizing the freezer door handles while we were there. Food cam out hot and fast. ... Counter staff were exceptional - friendly and professional. It was a lovely lunch stop for our group. Read more
We really like this location!! Been going there for many years. Only had 1 issue a couple years ago and they were so wonderful... in resolving it. This is the only location close to my home that will write on the cake with whipped cream if you aren't a fanof the gel pen. Read more
Everything was hot and fresh, but seemed to miss the mark. My fries were heavily salted?so much so that I could only taste the... salt, not the potato. The burger just had no flavour. It was hot and freshly made but maybe too hot. I tasted nothing eventhough it was one of their signature burgers.
