we had the tacos. Wrong choice. we got the pulled pork, fish and shrimp and they were all terrible. I rarely write reviews, but... for the cost, they were horrible. Terrible service - cold food. This is the second time we have ordered at this location and while the food is fresh, both times... my Burrito bowls came out cold. The first time I went ahead and just ate it, but todays order was really messed up. While mybowl sat in the back, my husbands burrito was being made. 25 minutes later his Burrito came out, while my bowl had sat there forthat long. When they brought it out I told them it was cold and I no longer wanted it. The three ladies began speaking amongstthem, went to the back, got on the phone - fast forward another 5 minutes, one lady came out, handed my husband cash and weleft. No I'm sorry - no how do we make this right - nothing. As we were waiting there was another customer that said she hadheard nothing but bad things about the customer service here. She was right. We really enjoyed our first experience with the restaurant! The staff was lovely & the man I assume is the owner personally gave... us our dinner & thanked us for shopping there. Bf and I went for a burrito(beef) and a burrito bowl(tequila lime). The biggest burrito wasn?t filled enough, mostly tortilla.... And the bowl at its largest could have filled the small. We received the wrong chip order even after not first receiving it andhaving to go back to ask while in our car. The service seemed scattered and unorganized. This could be because they just openedand just need more experience as a team. The taste for me is what gave it 2 extra stars. It was very tasty. Though the chipswere flavourless and stale tasting. Ordered a Huge burrito and soft shell tacos. The burrito was anything but huge, mostly shell with little contents. The soft... shell tacos were stone cold including the shredded pork. I have eaten at other franchise locations and had much better food. Ihope this review serves as a wake-up call to do better as this location just opened. Read more

Their Burritos are Huge. It?s surely value for your money. I have tried Butter Chicken, Tequila Lime Chicken, Buffalo Burrito,... and they taste spectacular. Do not underestimate the hot sauce which they add, it's very spicy. Everything looks or seems freshand taste great. Once you try it, I am sure like me you going to have it again. Read more

Excellent service and great food! Waffle fries could have been done a little crispier but honestly so delicious either way. The... only odd thing, and this may be because they?ve just opened but one the owners (I?m assuming) was standing at the end of thecounter watching the 2 girls at the front make burritos.
