Love Harvey's burgers, their fries aren't as good as some other chain restaurants, but their onion rings are better than most... chain restaurants. Service is slow, especially using the drive through. That's partly due to each burger being made to order,but their system seems slow on top of that. Read more

Old lady that works the drive thru is hard of hearing and cuts you off several times when trying to order. Doesn't matter if... there's 1 car or 5 cars in the drive thru, it's a minimum 15min wait. I've given up on this location and avoid it if there'smore than 1 car in the drive thru. Read more
2nd time in 2 weeks getting the "new" chicken nuggets. 2nd time they were horribly over cooked. Crunchy hard and tasted like... burnt fryer oil. Will not be returning. Read more
Was ordering at the drive through and inquired to see if they had a gluten free bun to which the lady told me rudely 3 times... they don't have anything in the restaurant gluten free- which is fine. Although then she asked me if I wanted the vegan burgerand rudely said it would take longer (like do you think people care if they are vegan that they'll have to wait a bit longer?)Customer service is lacking with the lady working the drive through. Suddenly over price ..i order 2 combo's at the window just got 2 sandwiches. Of almost 20 $ when i ask about the rest of the... meal they said that's what i order..they stand around and chat and dont pay attention to customers orders. I was so hungry itook the burger an pay . Use to be my favourite restaurant! Worst fast food experience ever; my son and I ordered 2 original burger meals with one... upgraded to poutine and with milkshakes. Patties were smaller than the buns and one was missing what looked like a bite out ofit. French fries were stale, cheese was frozen and gravy was chalet sauce and instantly absorbed into the fries making themsoggy. Bought (actual) gravy on the side to try to save the dish but was not enjoyable. 1 star for the milkshakes, we're quitedelicious but won't be returning customers after this experience. Read more
what an absolute disaster this place is. 15 minutes in a drive-through with no one ahead of me for a crispy chicken sandwich... tempted to drive off three times. The lady seen that I was getting frustrated. Took my money and made me wait another fiveminutes go to Mucho burrito next-door. Read more
