Went for supper on Saturday night at 8:30 pm ish. The place was almost empty. It looked like more staff than customers. Hostess... was slow in coming so we sat ourselves. We were ignored for 10 min or so despite a staff member walking past our table giving usan unpleasant look and no verbal acknowledgement we were there. I ordered the steak & cheese stack and requested my side to bekettle chips. I was told they were out of kettle chips & onion rings so had a baked potato. The quesadilla was not hot, crispyon one side and mushy/slimy on the bottom. The plain baked potato was good and it was hot. Certainly not a meal worth$18.99 Hubby had a shrimp Caesar salad. We felt it was a small salad for the price they are charging. The double smoked bacon,looked like regular bacon bits out of a bag from Costco. Definitely not worth $17.99. Probably won't be back. The WORST lunch i ever had in my life at a restaurant!!!!!!!!! Went to Kelsey's in Orangeville for lunch today at 1pm. It took a... while to get a waitress to our table, eventually we ordered our drinks, and meals. It took forever to get our drinks. Apologieswere offered. While we were waiting and before our meals were served a child across from our booth vomited all over theirtable. The staff brought paper towels and a bucket to clean up the table and floors. A bag with the dirty paper towel sit therefor a while. The bucket was left sitting with dirty water across our table during the entire meal and It was still there when weleft. Nobody, including our waitress wore gloves !!!!! We ordered Beet and goat cheese salad and a hamburger with loaded fries.The salad was good but the burger was cold so were the loaded fries. My husband complained to the waitress and got new fries,unfortunately they brought the plain fries, so they took them back to the kitchen. Eventually he got the loaded fries. Wespeculate that our meals sat ready while our waitress was busy cleaning the mess, hence everything got cold. This was an awfulexperience We will NEVER go back to this place, nor our friends who were with us. I plan to call and speak to the manager and ifpossible to the owner of that franchise. Server was great, friendly and accommodating! Food was not good - pasta sauce tasted like it was out from a can. The bread for... the burger was stale and the sweet potatoe fries seemed they were frozen and just deep fried. Read more
Very soothing decor and friendly / cheerful staff. Their Chicken Fried Chicken is really good as well as the Nacho platter.
I always wanted to try deep fried mac and cheese but never had a chance until I visited Kelseys. I must say, the Mac and Cheese... Amaze Balls were the yummiest. Everything we ordered was tasty. Read more
Great, above average service (the reason there was any stars). The food was absolutely terrible, nachos as an appetizer-... literally you would need a magnify glass to see the toppings. Kids had frozen pizza which was literally not editable even forthem! Do yourself a favour and eat else where if your hungry.. Atmosphere and service was great.. Read more
