Thought i give this place a try and after we ordered the food and mid way through we realized that there was a lady bug in the... food. I notified the person that was behind the register and showed her the bug and all she did was deny that it was her faultand insisted that they wash the lettuce. I was only looking for a simple apology but rather than apologizing she was giving meattitude and provided various scenarios/excuses of how a ladybug ended up in the salad The quality of food is also very poor forthe price they charge. Very disappointed Was recommended by friends who said portions were huge and food was great. Got the large platter for takeout -... almost $20. When this place opened, it was the best shawarma I ever had. Now, it's just tired and the service is slow. They used to cut... the chicken right off the spit, juicy and flavourful. Now it sits for lord knows how long in a metal bin. I have had to walkout because they have only one person working and it takes them forever to serve people. Food itself is okay, but portions andquality have come way down in my opinion. Today was likely my last visit. Read more
