I've had this in the US before. But this is the first time in Canada. Pizza was decent. But the transaction was a little bit... bizarre. I specifically asked for one of their specials that's advertised online and was told it was a dollar more. But Iordered anyway. I go into the store and there's three different signs telling me what the right price should be $1 or less thanI was quoted. Now when I called them on it, they took it down to the actual publicized price. And they did throw in a couple ofdips for free. But it just makes me wonder if they're playing fast and loose with the prices and hoping people don't notice. Read more

Pizza was mediocre quality. Lacklustre ingredients, thickest edge crust I?ve ever seen, and either no pizza sauce, or very... little of it. The staff were very friendly and the chain-wide garlic sauce was good. May give it another try one day, but thereare many better options for pizza in Orangeville. The food was great. I always loved Papa John's in the states. Just be careful when ordering online, their system automatically... adds in gratuity and then they ask for an additional gratuity at checkout. I don't mind tipping, but I would like to be the onethat decides when it is done. Read more
We had this a few times in the US, It was my first time here. I did a take out it, it was ready on time, Hot and Fresh. The... quality and quality was sufficient, ingredients were fresh and they topped it. Kids loved it as well. It was very tasty anddelicious. I would recommend and would visit again. Read more
This Papa John?s exceeded my expectations. I went into this restaurant to eat pizza, however what I ate was not pizza. It was... perfection. My taste buds were enlightened. Me and my buddies agreed that this my a special moment in time, a life changingexperience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a nice slice of heaven. 7 out of 7 stars for me. Ordered a pizza for pickup online and when I showed up they had nothing for me. They told me I ordered for delivery and I said... "No, why would I be here then?" I had to show them my receipt for PICKUP 30 min earlier and they had no order for me. So Iwaited with my 2 year old daughter (who was very hungry) for 15 minutes while they made me a new pizza. They said theycancelled the order with headquarters and will give me this one. Great. Thank you. At checkout, they charged me full price forthe pizza. They gave me nothing in compensation for not having my order, telling me I ordered wrong, and then making me wait for15 min. Not only that, he didn't even offer an apology for anything. What an absolute joke. I just moved here from Milton andinstead of giving me a free pizza or a $10 coupon, they lost out on a loyal customer for the next 25 years. Order from Johnny'sPizza.
