Hi All, Honestly is the best policy... I Believed all this time, ordered pizza while driving from woodbridge to Shelburne(Coming... from work to home) ....(Have the Dash Cam in my car while driving) today is Guru Nanak dev ji Birthday kids wants everythingvege ....so placed the order ...when picked up and bring to home ..whole order is wrong because the guy who took order from ushe did a Mistake and apologized that he misunderstood because of language barrier....order was placed in Punjabi.. I Calledback he keep saying it's not his mistake, when I toldd him it's all on my Dash Cam, he apologized and told me to get free pizzanext time...I told him free doesn't make my kids sleep....he keep repeating same for couples of time. Unbelievable, I told himtoday's is Guru Nanak dev ji Birthday and that's what he is proposing. He keep asking me that he have another calls totake. Unbelievable,Unbelievable if his kids are hungry he won't do that...I even offered him gas and pizza money...not free whathe offered. Please ???? don't do this to anyone else....Today was a big day.... Still I can say God bless you... Customerservice is the key....not your attitude... You will never make your kids sleep hungry...
