Food took 65min. We were not seated for 15min and were told to keep waiting. Salmon was overcooked and hard like rock. Gracious... manager offered me free meal. Overall terrible experience. Was much better pre covid. Hope they improve soon as I am notreturning unless reviews improve. Read more

Had some great food and ice cold beer here at shoeless joes! They had lots of screens with different games on each, awesome... sports bar. Had the pleasure of meeting a great server in Becca and her incredible manager Andy. They were truly on the moneyand now have a customer in me. if you?re after quality food, phenomenal service, and a bar that can whip up any drink you couldimagine, shoeless joes is your best bet. Posting this because I got a free beer for it, which is why I assume there are so many positive ratings recently. Clearly... something has changed here, used to be good until recently. Slow service with inexperienced server who did not offer anythingafter most food was not eaten due to being terrible. Fries were cold, fried chicken was strangely crunchy, almost like it wasprepared in advance and refried. Men's washroom was disgusting, smelled terrible, no soap. Just picked takeout and when my husband got home the one order was not right. One of the orders was Chicken Parmesan Rigatoni... Pasta with peppers, mushrooms and garlic bread. Although the pasta was good they did not give us the chicken or bread. I calledto tell them of the error and they said to come back and they would make the chicken and bread. My husband went back but when hegot home he had got burnt chicken I had to cut the breading off it to even eat it. Not a great experience after them justreopening. Used to be one of my fave restaurants but it will be a while before I order again. I heard they had reopened afterbeing closed because they had new owners again. I think getting a 2nd chance to get it right should be sufficient. I find witheach new owner it seems to get worse. No hesitation for the 5 stars! Came with no expectations then really impressed with really tasty gourmet food! Not like normal... sports bar! Plus great cocktails & friendly staffs. Definitely will visit again. Read more

Was definitely not among the best dining experiences, we?ve had. We sat for about 10-15 minutes and had to ask to be served.... They apologized and gave us a gift card for our next visit!!! ???? We waited to visit them because they did some upgrades, butit was disappointing. Read more
