I don't understand how this store has a lower rating when THE STAFF ARE SO NICE! I usually go to their sister location on HWY 9... and Airport, but I went to this location while in town shopping. The main reason I wanted to leave a review was because I hadTHE BEST service by Calista (sorry if I spelt that wrong?). Not only did she make my coffee perfectly, she was SO pleasant tospeak too. I see burnout daily with my own job. I see burnout at other Starbuck locations. Calista was extremely friendly andoutgoing. Honestly, I don't do reviews often on single staff members, but she made our trip so memorable, I will come back tothis location for her amazing service. If the other team members are equally as kind as she is, I will become a regular (evenwhen it is out of my way). Not sure who will see this.. The lunch staff today saved my bacon, so to speak. Everyone and there mother was in town today, I had already tried and failed... across the way to get lunch at McDs, so at this point I was frantic and hangry. I'm not a regular so they helped me picksomething tasty through the drive-thru... then after all of that I realized I had forgotten my wallet at work and only had mychump change! I don't know how much everything totaled but they took my $6 in quarters, and gave me either my drink or sandwhichfor free. Miracle workers! Thanks guys! The surprise drink was a hit, btw. Read more

20 minutes to get a drink this morning and it wasn't even busy. Many other customers came in after we ordered and got thier... drinks before us. That's what happens when a barrista brings the cup over to where they make the drinks, leaves to do somethingelse and then forgets about it. No opologies, nothing, just here's your drink and they walk away. Premium price, bad service.Not acceptable! Read more
The staff were lovely, courteous and attentive. However on a busy long weekend the physical storefront was closed with no access... to washrooms. No option to order ahead via the app, only way to order was to line up in the large slow moving drive-thru lineup. Read more
