The staff was not friendly at all, no happy to see you greeting as you entered, and that experience existed throughout our... entire visit. Made a mistake and ordered the roast beef sandwich, absolutely tasteless and at $16.99 expected something thatwould at least taste like roast beef. To top it off the fries I believe sat under a warning light be- fore being served , dryand hard. To start, Swiss chalet for myself has always been good service and good food when dining in. This was my first time using the... drive thru service in which I ordered a ?Family Pack? which included: ? a full rotisserie chicken ? 4 sides ? 4 dinner rolls ?and 12 oz of Swiss chalet sauce. For the side dishes, I ordered: ? fries ? mash steamed potatoes ? mixed vegetables ?coleslaw Every single food item had something wrong with it, every food item was COLD, the fries were soggy, the mash potatoeswere dropped on top of the gravy container inside of a box so I quit literally had to dig through the mash potatoes to uncoverthe gravy dish, the chicken was cut into pieces and full of bones, the mixed ?steamed? vegetables were raw vegetables, the coleslaw came from Harvey?s and was literally iceberg lettuce soaked in ranch salad dressing, the buns were cold and stale. My ordercosted $40.00 For $40.00, I should?ve gotten a lot better quality of food. In conclusion, Be ware of using the drive through. Read more

Boy, where do I start? Hostess, greeted us with a huge smile, and waited for one in our group to leave the washroom before... seating us. We were then greeted by an angel of a server Donna. Her serving skills were the best of the best, next time I come,I will be asking for her. As for the food, it was top notch, got the crispy chicken sandwich, and it was the opposite of dry.
