Used to be 5 stars until tonight. I ordered, no one told me a total, at the window I asked because all she asked was how I was... going to pay. I have a guilty pleasure with Taco Bell. Since Taco Bell has been in Orangeville. I've never had a good experience personality.... My usual order has never been sufficient. The ingredients are missing more then half the time to frie supreme or my crunchwrapsupreme. Lacking in the ground beef, queso sauce, tomatoes or sour cream. I unfortunately never get all the ingredients on myfrie supreme at the same time. The customer service is never pleasant. They make you feel like you're an inconvenience. Whatevertime a day it is. Usually, Taco Bell is one of my favourites. This is the 3rd time I have tried this location and I absolutely do not suggest it.... Fries supreme had no sour cream and the beans were literally crusted at the top. Burrito shell was dry and flaking off.Unfortunately, this location does a terrible job. Read more

Love Taco Bell but this one was a big disappointment. The Fries Supreme were sub par with barely any tomatoes. The hard taco... shells were not fresh, a bit chewy and stale like they had been exposed to air for too long. Service slow and could hear staffarguing in back while eating. Too bad, usually love the #3 combo with Fries Supreme. Hope they pull their socks up. Read more
not a great resturant. they have not fixed the exterior stucco. it also needs a paint job. they have no understanding of the... changing diversity of the population. Head office thinks Canada is America. This is not a resturant where food is cooked. thisis a quick assembly of food outlet. you got tasteless slop kidney beans coming out of a tube. No unique ingredients. This is whynew Mexican restaurants are taking market share. The menu has not changed much in years. No product development. They don't knowthere is a big vegetarian market.
