Been going to this Tim Hortons my entire life and that's more than 20 years so it's about time my family and I write a review.... Filled with the nicest people always make the rush-hour waits worth it. My dogs are more popular here than I am. Shout-out toBarb and the rest of the Timmies family. My own stupidity for going back to this dump ? Ordered my son a BACON farmers wrap & little be hold one tiny piece of bacon in... the wrap. The manager at this place needs to be replaced! Be 2nd time I?ve ordered farmers wraps & no hash browns. I called tocomplain & was informed they ran out ? yet they don?t say anything & charge full price for a incomplete wrap. Waited 30 minutes in this drive through. I understand being short staffed but this is absolutely terrible. Once I got to the... window they almost gave me the wrong order. Then I tried to confirm my order and they took it wrong at the speaker. Lots ofother Tim's in town to go to, don't chose this one. Once I had paid they told me they did not have the tea I ordered. Waited for 10mins for the staff to place our order? they don?t have bacon, eggs and potatoes?Wait for another 20mins for our... food?it?s turned out they forgot part of our order. I understand the concepts of ordering in a timely manner. I also understand that this service is being timed to meet quotas.... However please do not rush me when I?m ordering and keep repeating ?is that all? ? is thAt everything?? How about trying thephrase ?is there anything else you would like to add. Was just in the Orangeville location Saturday July 2,2022 The restaurant was in appalling condition. The washrooms were so dirty... I did not use it. The garbages were overflowing and food spilt in the floor. There were 2 couples in the store and 2 cars in thedrive through. We waited for one of the 8 people working to pay attention and take our order. That did not happen so weleft. Don?t write reviews but had to speak up on this particular experience. Read more
Whoever was on drive thru today, around 1pm, was super unprofessional. The sign on the speaker said "supply shortage so no... icedcapp" okay cool, so I asked for am icedcoffee.. she pipes up, "well we don't have that either" .. maybe hire people withoutattitude problems ! Read more
Drive tru is terrible, it confuses with the other side of business. They need to line up properly, exit is poorly done, entrance... is way at the back and exits are poorly done. I think this needs to be fixed. Read more
