Service is poor and slow, it seemed like none of the staff were trained properly. Have had a couple bad experiences here.
two stars because I have to pee at this point on my drive. But wow, long long lines, often wrong order and certainly need to... clean the washrooms.. Its painful but on my drive its one of a few options. I certainly stop less now that there are newoptions. Read more
After I placed my order I got to the window to pay and asked if they had a hazelnut latte, the gentleman at the window was kind... to find out but the girl that answered seemed quite annoyed that I asked. Tim hortons suppose to open at 5:00am. Drive thru was close and i can clearly see somebody walking inside the store. Then, I... called and asked are you guys open and she reply no, she only working by herself and then she said she have no idea when theywill open the store. Disgusting and rude. Coffee dripping everywhere. Food in shambles inside the packaging. Rude people who need better wages and... maybe a hug. Absolutely the worst experience of any tim Hortons ever and as we can all attest they are almost all garbage. Read more
Great location with a drive thru and having a wendy?s next to it. Gante was good at service.
If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Order a buffalo chicken wrap and an iced coffee. A young man working near... the window makes a shocked face and says oh my God. A minute later I'm handed my wrap and warned on how to handle it because ofits size. The food wasn't even in a wrap, it was in a ball mashed into the wrap holder. Which is now all over my car. This used to be the best Tim?s to go to but now it?s one of the worst. You?re only allowed to order one item before the guy... tells you to drive up. Two of the employees have such poor English that they cannot even understand what you?re ordering. Askedwhat type of cookies they have and he had no idea what I was talking about. The woman working there with an accent said thatthey don?t do lattes but they do? then she pretended that she didn?t know what a latte was. Read more
