I have been going to Tim Hortons at different locations for over 55 Years. This location has the worst walk in service I have... ever experienced. With only two people ordering before me I waited 20 minutes to get a coffee and roast beef sandwich. Two othertimes I got tired of waiting without any service at all, I decided to just walked out! We ordered two bagels with cream cheese and they assumed they were toasted and when we said they weren?t toasted they said oh... sorry they are already in the toaster. So we ordered two more and specifically said not toasted and one still came toasted andnone of the bagels were cut. The workers were rude and snarky. Not impressed. Read more
So this was the 2nd Tim Hortons I went to in the last hour because the first place was rude, the service here was great except... my food was burnt and there was some employees hair and random food inside a plain bagel with cream cheese. Just got coffee. Went through drive through, accidentally dropped the toonie, she told me not to get out of the vehicle, that... they have people that go out to collect the change that got dropped. Thought that was nice. We didn't mean to drop it during theexchange. Read more
This location has the worst staff. Not one order is correct. Bought a turkey sandwich at the drive through and noticed later... that there was absolutely NO turkey on the sandwich which I had paid for. They are extremely slow at the window and wantcustomers to park in the parking lot and wait there for their sandwich. That location has absolutely no management! Lost acouple of regulars in us? The guy working here was very rude and smashed the wraps on our face without serving the coffee and coffee was right there at... window and he walked away , then the girl came and asked about drinks we ordered and then she gave same drinks that was sittingin the window. The management should teach some basic customer service skills. Read more
