Consistently the worst Wendy's location ever. Many times they don't have what you order, or are too lazy to make gravy for their... poutine which takes very little time. It can be 3:00pm any day of the week and if they are out they won't make it. The serviceis slow and the staff can either be really nice or really rude. Has been this way for years and just keeps getting worse. Butwhen you get your food it tastes good lol. Read more

It was at the end of a very long day and oddly the adjoining Tim's didn't offer any hot meals. So we turned to Wendy's and were... we in for a pleasant surprise ! Wonderful, patient and understanding manager and server. One of our friends was veg and theother allergic to certain foods, they made sure that the orders were served correctly for everyone. After waiting 15 mins in drive tru, I was told dine in was closed. Needed to use the washroom it was disgusting. I told staff... about this concern. Horrible. I?ve worked at a Wendy?s for 5 years and I?ve never seen such horrible service. The worker kept asking us to move up... after every sentence even though we had more to say. Messed up the order to a point where they added a whole extra combo eventhough we asked and they confirmed that there should only be 5 combos. Says that the frost machine is down but when asked againin right at the window they had it. Wouldn?t give receipt even when asked. Forgot sauces for 2 orders of chicken strips. Overallwe wouldn?t be even having this problem if the dining room was open at 6pm. That?s rush hour? why wouldn?t the dining room beopen for Wendy?s but the Tim?s right beside it sharing the same dining room is open. Clearly understaffed. Read more

Today was incredibly slow at the Line, when we got to the window, we noticed that all of them are not even doing anything but... walking slow and talking to each other. Also I waited 20mins in line. If you can?t run the place faster then don?t run it atall. I will report this to head office. One guy threw a bag of nachos to the other person and handed me at the window. Alsowalking slow and talk too much and play with hair and like who does that in a fast food. They take too long at providing a fastfood experience and it?s a negative effect and long wait times for all customers. Read more

Date of visit: July 9th, 2022 at 14:15. We didn't order anything larger or special. I was polite. The counter girl had nothing... but contempt on her face. No greeting, no appreciation, nothing. We were courteous, even after waiting over 20 min for our orderto be taken. It was as if she hated her job so much that she hated us for being there. One part of our order was taking longer,so after about 10 minutes I enquired, and was told it was coming. Again, I was polite, but she seemed to hate me (and othercustomers) for the offence of being there. In a normal restaurant, when something is delayed, an update is offered withouthaving to ask for it. Yes, Wendy's is busy, but so are the customers. I won't make this Wendy's busy again, nor will I annoy thecounter girl with my presence. All in it took over 1/2 hour to get three burgers, a fry, and some chicken strips. Read more

Went through the drive-thru after the movies with my two grandsons and the two gentlemen working that evening we're getting a... little stressed out as people are losing respect out there. When I came through I came through with a smile and the gentlemanactually took the time to thank me for refreshing conversation as it had been a stressful evening for them. I got to say witheverything we've all gone through with covid, I have noticed people's patients have not been the best with the people in thefood industry. These two young gentlemen we're doing their best. I could tell that they needed a smile. To anyone reading thisreview, be kind to your servers. It's not their fault if things are moving slow or your order didn't have the ketchup asmistakes do happen and don't need to be rude to your server. A simple please and thank you I'm sure would go a long way forthem. Life is too short to be rude. The food is always amazing at Wendy's. Not impressed at all with the fries that I was served today in the drive thru. Went back through the lineup again to get new... fries and the manager looked at me like I was an alien for complaining that the fries were hard, dried up and tasted like I waschewing on a piece of cardboard. Although she did give me fresh fries, I was also not impressed with the level of customerservice with the girl on the speaker for the drive-through. Nor the concern for the fact that this is the quality of food theyare serving. Especially since it says right on their logo on the restaurant, ?QUALITY IS OUR RECIPE?
