I went inside to order food and no one was there..I heard people laughing and talking in the back so I said hello a few times... and waited a few minutes. No one came up to help me so I walked out to see 3 employees standing out front smoking... so I don'thave a review on the food here because I couldn't even order, but the employees aren't great. Do not go here, abhorrent employee behavior. We had the misfortune of attempting to chose this KFC for dinner earlier in the... week, were rushed through ordering with impatient demands and severe contempt, not to mention mocked for not knowing the menu.When it came time to pay the 40 something female with face piercing and dirty clothes, purposefully made it difficult to pay byholding the card reader out of the way. When trying to resolve the issue the poor manager on duty couldn't control the 40 yearold female who was in the back yelling crude things and mocking my children. In the end they didn't even get the order right. Wewill never go to this restaurant let alone any KFC if this is the caliber of people they employ. Probably best we didn't eatthere anyway seeing as how the employees were all severely disheveled. Should be zero stars. Read more

Ordered through their app for pick-up. I pick it up and head home. Once I get home and open the bag, I realize that part of my... order is missing and the other half is cold. No big deal, I've worked in food before, stuff happens. But they're closing in 5minutes, so I attempt to get a refund through their app- no dice. Call the store and get told at first that I can come in thenext day for a refund(hardly any help, since I'm trying to eat now and not tomorrow), then the employee puts me on the phonewith their manager who is dismissive and rude. She basically just told me that I had to get a refund through their app- the onethat won't allow me to put in for a refund- and that there's nothing that she can do. She repeats herself multiple times andtells me I'm being rude for expecting a manager to be able to resolve an issue for a customer before I hang up and make one lastattempt through their app which still isn't working. I stopped going out to eat almost entirely because of the cost and quality of the meals in so many aces. But the KFC at this... location was a really pleasant surprise. Friendly staff,not too long a wait, and the food was piping hot with good sizedportions. And I'll go back again. Read more

I used to go here often and decided to stop in this week. I paid over $8 for an order of three chicken strips and the minute I... bit into one I could tell it was raw because it was rubbery. I fed them all to my dogs after I took them home and cooked them.Before ordering I waited at the counter for 10 minutes for an employee to come up and help us even though there were peoplewandering all over making eye contact with us and not saying a word. There was another guy that said he had ordered 10 minutesearlier and then they vanished. The bathroom really needs an air freshener overhaul. The macaroni and cheese was good as was thebiscuit. We didn't get any butter. We didn't get any honey. We didn't get any ketchup. We had to ask for napkins. Sounds like itneeds better management to me. I don't think I'll be going back to KFC after this experience. I mean if you can't make chickenand cook it properly you're not really a chicken joint are you? You had one job earl. Read more

By far the worst experience I have ever had on customer service side! Whoever work in the drive thru today 9/3/22. If don?t like... your job just find something else. There is absolutely no benefit to treat anyone this bad. Read more

I don't know why, lately I'm getting bad food from Kentucky Fried Chicken, Or they leave food out of my box. I call and they... gladly make it good, but what about the gas I use and my time to go back. One time, bad chicken breast, hardly no meat and alotof fat. 2. Forgot to put my biscuit in the box. 3. They gave me a thigh instead of a beast. The manager reached my meal. 4. Getmeal bad looking meat on chicken breast, hardly no meat on it. I had a hard biscuit. Coleslaw looked strange, to soupy looking. I've had a stomach ache all night. The manager did tell me, they are short handed and need workers. Please, if you need a job,go apply. Homeless people everywhere, wouldn't you rather work, make some money, get off the streets. Read more

Writing this review based on both a Dasher and customer experience. In the past, Vancouver had 3 KFC's, I believe this is the... only one left (could be mistaken) and I notoriously thought they left out something, whether it be butter, honey, napkins...Always at least one thing missing to complete a meal that's ordered. Since the remodel of this KFC, it seems they have steppedup their game and have now focused on order accuracy in my personal opinion. As a Dasher, you can go inside to get customer'sorder as the drive thru is often very crazy. This is a plus. They are clean (they were sanitizing the dining and bathroom when Iwas there) and everybody followed the government's mandates on Covid precautions. The restaurant employees checked on me twiceto make sure I was helped and soon my customers order was done. I didn't have to wait very long... At most 5 minutes.
